Consistently the worst mobile order pickup Starbucks in town. Have to ask for drinks every time because they aren’t put out on the counter.

Potentially don’t have Ms. Natalia take the orders/customer-facing positions. The kind of drive-thru girl where “Anything else?” cuts in as soon as breath or pause in your order allows. Don’t worry—this discourtesy/rudeness was given with a mere 3 cars in line and a near-empty lot out front, so rest assured you won’t miss out on her cold shoulder regardless of work-tempo. Should anything be wrong with your order, via miscommunication/misunderstanding, she will be sure to coldly stomp off without word and then bring back a “corrected” drink that may or may not be missing one or two ingredients that you were, in fact, charged for. But you invariably bite your lip because you don’t want to cause any more trouble.

Not sure what happened 4 months ago until today but a complete different experience, attitudes, same giant lies but for some reason it is now faster and more accurate and way better servings “less ice” “les milk” “less oatmilk” more beverage. The ice changes from time to time but overall 10/10. New Service and quality drinks Definitely worth the “appreciation” aka tip. Thanks for making me change my negative review.

I made an online order asking for no ice and my drink was full of ice. Please read the instructions for the online orders 🙏
I think this Starbucks used to be a sit down place with chairs inside and you could drink your coffee sit down relax and hang out a while. It was quite heartbreaking when they went to pickup and drive through only. So I refuse to reward them with my business anymore. I recently found a nearby small family owned coffee shop with super quiet soft music that you can barely hear and a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit and hang out all you want. That's what a coffee shop SHOULD be.

We had the absolute kindest barista when we came in tonight. We realized the store closed at 9 and didn’t want to order because we didn’t want to make the baristas rush to make our drinks, but they insisted on making them for us anyway and were absolutely so kind about it. Thank you, Barista Rocco!
