Today 8/3/25 at about 1:25 PM, two male employees, especially the shorter of them with black hair & glasses, spent about 10-minutes making narcissistic put-downs about me at my expense. I have heard/observed this type of behavior at this particular Starbucks for several years. I would advise staying away from the East-side stores. The one on college campus Indiana Avenue have morals, values & know how to be professional. The Eastside ones treat customers like some joke to make fun of to get their kicks

I recently visited the Kroger Starbucks, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was perfectly crafted—rich, creamy, and just the right amount.
I also appreciated the cleanliness of the area and how well-organized everything was. Plus, it’s convenient to grab a snack or grocery items while enjoying a delicious coffee.

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and make sure you feel welcome!! They know my name and always ask about my day. They have conversations with me if there’s no customers ofc. Love the staff and they’re always getting my complicated orders right! Rin i believe is always so accommodating and so quick with my orders. Andy always double checks, literally best staff. Elaina is a great conversationalist and Nyla has me leave with a smile on my face every time.

the staff can be really rude and pathetic. the food is okay. the place is very cramp but cozy. it's just like a drive thru for coffee. what ticks me are the attitude of the workers, not all but oh boy they have attitude.

never has enough staff, or staff who knows what they’re doing, you order for mobile pick up and spend another 10 minutes once you get there waiting for it, baristas do not follow stickers completely, and do not understand time management for their position, either full train who you have or remove the starbucks. its been 4 years and you can’t get it right
The female employees at this Kroger Starbucks, stand around taking pot-shots, making put-downs & trying to make customers shopping for groceries, generally feel sick about getting groceries here. I would try another Starbuck or buy your own coffee to make at home. They seem to be trying to get attention & use me & my family while doing the above to do so.
