Okay, I know things happen, people make mistakes, all that jazz. But today, oh my lord.
So this place has a history of giving me a mocha instead of a white mocha. HATE the taste of regular mochas, but most of the time I'm not taking a drink until I get to work, so I force myself through it.

So today I finally have extra time. I walk out, proud that I ordered so far in advance and was going to be at work 10 min earlier than I needed to be. Except NO. Because what do I get? A regular mocha. So I go back inside because I have time for once. I'm like hey, I'm sorry, but this needed to be a white mocha. So they remake it. And not kidding, when she hands it to me, it's a tall, not a grande. AFTER she asked for the label from my original cup that I was holding.

So that's how my Tuesday started, buying an already overpriced drink, wasting time before getting to work, and still not getting what I ordered.

Ordered almond milk shaken espresso. It tasted like it’s made of spoiled milk. I trashed it right away.

I was sadly surprised about the Starbucks experience here. In my country it works way better

1st issue. My drinks were not available in the app. Store personnel said it happens. Showed her my phone to replicate my orders. Specifically stated 1 blonde roast in the grande and 2 blonde roast in my venti.
Order came out as 2 grandes. Ouch. Then my partner says there's no blonde in her drink. She didn't want it. I taste my grande, same way. Pretty bummed. Spent $16 for both drinks and I was forced to drink them both.
Not good. Tho, they did call my name out for both drinks, a plus. But still minus in lots of ways.
Nite: frappacinos didn't taste good when all liquid on the hour drive back to Paoli.

Worst Starbucks. Plenty of staff inside yet lines out the door and my order was incorrect. I twice asked someone to help with it and both times I got eye rolls. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
