NEVER order for in store pick up. They cater to the drive thru. Multiple people working and can’t get my drink to me until 10 minutes after they said it would be done. Might want to remove your in store pick up parking spots to MAX 10 minutes instead of 5.This used to be my favorite location; not anymore! Do better.☺️

I love this Starbucks because the staff is so friendly. They always help out when I'm missing a drink pick up and even when one of my friends forgot to send in an order, they prepared it as soon as she did. You can go to any Starbucks to get coffee but the staff here are fantastic and keep me coming back.

Always has their mobile app menu marked as out of stock but when you go in they have the stuff. Overhead them talking about how they got in trouble for turning off mobile orders so they mark everything as sold out instead because they don't want to deal with it even when they have practically no customers. Disappointed in the crappy work ethics of the employees here. Mobile orders is part of the job and clearly they don't want to do the job they're paid for.

We have family in the area, and come here every few months, I've probably been here 5-10 total in the last year. It's not that they get the order wrong, they just make the drinks wrong, every time. Literally the 5 worst caramel macchiatos I've ever had came from here; it's like they're trying to save on the caramel and other syrups, because all my wife's drinks are wrong too.
I ordered a peppermint mocha frappe no whip and non fat milk! When I got there they were out of peppermint and so I told them to make a pumpkin spice the same way. I got a whip, whole milk pumpkin spice. They said they could not update their app menu but every so often it says that they’re out of a certain server up on the app. They never have their lights on in their parking lot or in their building like it feels like they are closed when I arrive every time.
