Wow. Aleena, the drive thru barista was one mad elf this holiday. She was extremely rude and had nothing kind to say. She messed up my order and then made me pay for a new one… happy holidays I guess. She kept slamming the door in my face and wasnt present at all. She didn’t represent Starbucks mission at all. As a previous barista I know that the company would hate to have this as the face of the company. What a way to treat your customers Aleena.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options :(

Ahhhhh. Nothing like the smell of coffee and sightseeing at the white folks in their natural habitat. Majestic creatures. Beautiful in their own way. They seem to like this brown nectar, so I tried it, and surprisingly like it alot. Will be going back. Figure out what these creatures eat.

I would like to know what this is??? We ordered two caramel macchiato, and when we tried the coffee they tasted like nothing, we passed the drink to other glasses as you can see in the photo and even the coffees are different, we are supposed to order the same drink and they should be the same. And yes of course! They were very kind, but a false kindness, when they give you something that they know they are not doing something right, it is very bad to behave like that with a client, playing with the food, with something the person is going to ingest is totally miserable. This is the second time the same thing has happened to me and I've only been there three times.

My ONLY complaint is that they sell out of oatmilk and Holiday flavors too often. Seriously, if you KNOW this happens on a regular basis why aren't you ordering extra of these things with your next delivery? This happened at ALL Starbucks around Bloomington. It doesn't make sense. If you know you get a ton of business and sell out of certain milks and flavors, why aren't you ordering extra?

I went in on a rainy day . 6 employees. It took 15 minutes to make a decaf latte at 7:44 - 8:00 am . I checked out quick but did not receive the drink that quick. Three people waiting in the area for their coffee. Second time to this store. Only one person with their child in there dining. I did go inside to get a bag of coffee. Drive through is faster at making coffee.
Stopped in this store on our way further south for vacation. Very nice staff and order was perfect. They were out of my Pumpkin Spice, but white movha wotks in a pinch!

Venti cap was half full. They Individually placed each breakfast item up one at a time and other customers were rummaging through my items and pulling there orders. Lastly store had Political messaging inside the store on marker boards about pro-nouns and such. I came for coffee not ideology. For the price service was bad and product was minimal.
