This Location ruined my birthday. I knew there was a reason to not celebrate but today I had high faith that I'd have a decent day. I came in with my daughter ON my birthday because I clearly deserve to treat myself. A guy who ran the drive through and I guess register , was very nice and welcoming until he made me wait for over 25 mins for a simple crossaint and hot chocolate. I TRIED my hardest to be patient but glancing at the counter here or there it was NOT that busy in the store for me to be waiting that long. At that point I deemed it wasn't worth it and left, debating now if I want to try again next year. Thanks Starbucks for low-key ruining my birthday I just wanted my birthday reward.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in Bloomington. They are never consistent 8/10 times you will have to go back in because the drink is made incorrectly. When your drink is $9, it’s hard not to be upset at the inconsistency. I recommend the east side Starbucks.

I love this location it's the best. I attend this location daily. I adore most the employees and it taste better than other locations. However, lady working drive thru this am at 8 am was very rude I couldn't reach the card reader and told her politely but she made me get out of my car door to get it. And just distasteful attitude.
