I absolutely love this location! I am a regular here and I usually come in the mornings and occasionally with my dogs. The staff here is extremely friendly and even ask about my pups when I don’t bring them which makes the experience more personable and welcoming. Thank you guys for all that you do <3

I love Starbucks and go to one almost daily hardly ever write a bad review to there or anywhere else I think this is actually my first bad review I've ever posted to anywhere , but do yourself a favor and go to the other west side location by olive garden this one on liberty drive is newer so I gave it time but they are constantly messing up my drinks and also the wait time is much longer than the other locations in town ! Just today I went back to have my drink remade and to my shock the second one was worse than the first after wasting over half of my lunch break I gave up and just decided to write this review so others do not waste their time and money and I will not return to this location

I went to Starbucks to get coffee this morning and there were all kinds of people trying to go through drive through and go inside and the people inside were just walking around talking and none of them would even acknowledge us! Me and several others pulled up to the window and honked they would stand there with their backs to us and not even look at us. It was at 7:45 in the morning. I think that that is very unprofessional if you are not gonna open on time you should put signs up or you should at least come to the window and tell the people you're not open because… I will go to the Starbucks down the street from now on if this is the way they are going to treat their customers.
