This is the second time we’ve ordered pickup at this location and the order was wrong at pick up. Even after asking at pickup if they made sure XYZ was correct and we were told yes. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one answers to even rectify the situation.

Good atmosphere. Service is okay,clean small. 3rd time receiving dry sandwiches ? the worker is new lack of correct proportion to ensure quality and consistency. And curbside is never ready ? The gave me wonderful bday cookies

I ordered my food through the app thinking it was going to be right. I got my food and it was COMPLETELY WRONG! So I called the store and angrily told them the situation, they wanted me to come in so I did. They prepared my order the way I intended to order it right away no questions asked. These guys are good people and deserve more 100000%!! Thank you to subway in Richland plaza

I just left the Subway in Ellettsville Richland plaza I noticed it was new Arabian Guus working there I never seen before and never will again! I have NEVER felt so Uncomfortable in all my life and I am 36 years old! I came in for 1 sandwich and there was a guy with kids in front of me. The Indian guy making my sandwich kept whispering to other employee and looking up at me several several times winking at me while I looked elsewhere. I was very short with them and was nervous for the guy in front of me with kids to leave because I would be left alone in there. They of course walk out the guy making my sandwich walks AROUND the counter and comes to stand right next to me as I was paying with card. It took 2 guys to accept payment and that guy beside me made me feel so uncomfortable! He walked by the door and all I could think was he was going to lock the door! After paying he FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE asking if we could talk!! I said No and fast walked to my car. I will never go to that location ever again!!! I couldn't believe!

After moving my relative into IU I stopped here. This is the best subway I have ever been to. Very friendly service, quick, very clean restaurant. The nice man in charge was even sure to ask if we wanted extra which no subway has proactively done. Very refreshing experience.
