Had a wonderful experience at Subway today! The staff greeted me with a smile, helped me customize my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the veggies were crisp and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could give zero stars…. I would. The day I went to this subway, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I waited for 5 minutes before someone came out of the back room. They didn’t greet and barely acknowledged me standing there waiting. They didn’t not wash their hands when they came out from the back. As he started to make the sandwiches for my wife and kids, he started touching his ear and hair with his gloved hands and then proceeded to touch food, without changing his glove. That is absolutely disgusting and they will make someone sick. He also was making sandwiches for other people as well with the gloves that had just been touching his head. I am appalled that anyone could have that much disregard and disrespect for other people’s food. I can usually overlook rude people or people that don’t care, but when you endanger people like that, something needs to be said. Eat here at your own risk. Also, the bread felt like it had been sitting there for two days. Not fresh at all.

I was in this Subway store at Walmart today, Sunday 11/16/25 from 2:07-2-50 PM, when an older Indian-sounding man with pony-tail was trying to make me (and only me), feel uncomfortable for being in the store while trying to eat my ice cream. There were other Walmart customers also eating their food that they bought at Walmart, but I was the only one that this Subway employee targeted. I was attempting to get open a camping spoon that had a knife attached, when this same man was making insults about me for sitting in the store. I was so distracted by his effort to make me feel uncomfortable in the store, I wound-up cutting my hand and had to go get first aid treatment. When I returned to eat my ice cream, same said man continued to try and make me feel uncomfortable in this Subway store. I felt descrimination against, but was not sure if this was because I am Caucasian, disabled or both. I was made so uncomfortable here, I would never feel safe eating one of their food products at this Subway.

That's ridiculous. You can't get sauce of your choice although you pay full money .you have to do sauce according to them..Hope so owner pay attention towards ....too much attitude of employees

Not efficiently run. I placed a pickup order while there were zero customers in line (they told me to use a coupon I had to do it in the app and couldn’t just say it verbally—perfectly valid that’s fine) and then after a few minutes nobody was picking up my order (to make it) and all of a sudden a bunch of customers got in line. They start making their orders before mine….uh doesn’t make any sense? Clearly understaffed as well. Do I need to go stand in line for them to make my pickup order ??

The staff are always so kind and welcoming to my daughter and I! They work hard to make our food exactly as we order it. The food is delicious! The environment is welcoming! We love coming to our local Subway & Walmart! We can shop and have a bite to eat - it’s perfect for our family!

Kid-friendliness: I love the way the Subway Team is so friendly to my little girl! She has Down syndrome and they are so kind to her and engage with her. It’s encouraging to me!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The openings are all wide enough to pass through and you can easily access tables. Ordering is accessible too.

I order frequently from the Bloomington Walmart location. The employees are always friendly even when busy and my orders don't change much but they always know what my order is.I typically get the breakfast flatbread sandwiches but I've also had their pizzas, pretzels, and salads as well and am always pleased.

Vegetarian options: Pretzels, veggie/cheese pizzas, veggie sandwich, egg and cheese sandwich, cookies, salads.

Biggest issue we had was owner/manager had a very long beard & employee had beard as well. Is it too much trouble to net a beard? They lean right over sandwiches & veggie bin. Radio was loud & ALL static. Can’t they dial a station in or clean radio or install a new one? Very annoying. We’ve bought here since place opened thru several owners but we won’t be back. Will buy @ a Subway West of us.

Visited this subway during my visit to Bloomington. I had the sandwich in the shop. I looked at the service and it was very good. Some one was there to greet every customer. They were making the sandwiches pretty fast. Counters and tables were clean. This is in the busiest Walmart still the cleaning was pretty good.

Vegetarian options: I tried the Veggie Delite. It was good.

Grabbed a sandwich after shopping, got home and the bread was rock hard. My boyfriends was fine but mine was inedible. I normally go to subway specifically because of how good the bread was, but I will not be returning to this location.

Went in while I was in Bloomington. Went to order my sandwich and after the first thing I said she puts it on the toaster thing and asks if I want it toasted. I told her I wanted something else on it, she just stares at me and I said the next thing I wanted on it, she put a couple pieces of meat and as I was saying I wanted bacon on it she just puts it in the toaster. Sandwich came out, the next guy asks what veggies I wanted and I told him the 3 veggies I'd like so he puts one of them on and just wraps the sandwich and hands it to the cashier guy. Sandwich was totally wrong, I just paid and left. I won't go back in, the workers are just super rude.
