I was forced to walk out because all three employees were on their lunch and i would have to wait. This happened twice!! Of course I'll never go back.

Order from Uber Eats, got a Roast Turkey Meal that’s supposed to have a 6” Turkey Sub, a bag of chips, and a mountain dew. I also ordered a footlong cookie. Only one of those 4 items totaling up to 20$ arrived. I cannot fathom the lack of care and disregard at this Subway. They should level this establishment and build a car wash like they did with KFC

My whole life I have order the exact same sandwich and the first time I came here I was told I couldn’t have all the toppings I wanted not to mention how rude the workers were and they pretended to not understand English it also smelled horrible in the entire restaurant like BO and dirty armpits. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I have never wrote a review until now but this has really rubbed me wrong.

I ate here the day before Christmas at like midnight and I'm not even kidding 2 hours later I'm still sick I have food poisoning and it still has not went away . Not to mention we ordered 2 kids meals and the employee said that the kids meals did not come with the juice and applesauce which it clearly stated on the menu . Staff barely speaks English so there is a bad language barrier and I couldn't explain to him that he way over charged me that charged me and I ended up paying 24 $ for two kids meals

I went there because an email from the VA said they were offering complimentary sandwiches to veterans. The clerk who barely spoke English very rudely informed me they weren't doing that and suggested I leave. Also the place didn't look like it had seen a mop this year. Won't go back and probably won't go to any other Subway in the future. Firehouse makes better sandwiches and donates to firefighters and I am one of those.

Parking: You couldn't pay me to go back to that place with its rude staff and dark dingy atmosphere.

Staff is rude, and I never got my online order ready on time. When I got there they still making my order but I placed it 30 mins ago. Staff never apologize for their mistakes.

RUDE EMPlOYEE. I made an online order and confirmation says pick up time 11:55, I arrived store at 12:10. The order wasn’t made at all. The store was very busy so I waited on the side. Then finally I got the chance to ask about my order, one of the employee says they didn’t receive any online orders. Then he checked in the system and printed out the order saying he will make it. Later he comes to me says my order was picked up by someone else earlier and it’s CLEARLY A LIE since he didn’t even know about this order until I get there. Through out the entire time they didn’t say any apologies. I understand that they are busy but that’s not the excuse of making lies and blaming the fault on somebody else.

System went down on their end or so they claim so they never received my order. Multiple people came in trying to pick up food they apparently never received. No offer of help, refund or even willing to make the food. Plenty of rude snarky remarks though about how it's somehow the customers fault. I don't know what happened to this place but they all seem to suck now. Now I have to hope my bank can dispute the charge so I can get my money back for food I never received. I'd give negative stars if I could but unfortunately one is the lowest. For such a long standing franchise to fall like this, I hope all the local one's go under so someone with a brain can take over. Completely unacceptable. Do better.

My friend and I get food from here during our work break all the time. It is always fast, tastes good, clean. They also made too much food once and rather then throwing it out like many places do, they gave it to us for free. Thank you for your amazing service!

The workers here are unfriendly and rude. Ordered a sandwhich online and asked for it to be toasted. Instead, the sandwhich was cold and the bread was stale. I called the store later to tell them the order was wrong and the worker there tonight immediately hung up.
