Absolutely worst customer service!! Didn’t make my order right and then kept hanging up on me when I called them about it. I guess that’s what you get when you let foreigners set up shop here.

Genuinely disgusting. Rude service, I showed them they had hair in their food and they ignored me, tried to rush people when they had literally nothing else to do. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The Walmart subway is WAY better

Not a good place to eat. Should have checked the bag before I left got charged for 2 foot longs, walked out with one being a 6 in. The foot long Sub tasted stale. We really tried to be positive about this experience. Not very good customer service from the staff either. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the door. They just looked at me. If I could take Stars from them I would. Don’t waste your money here.

If you want employees who actually listen to what you're telling them instead of talking amongst each other, don't go to this store.
Husband went in this time, had to repeat himself 3 separate times on the type of cheese because they continued to forget. They also had his bread wrong and he didn't notice until after the meats and cheese were on due to the metal lid they have up blocking you from seeing what their doing.
When I went about a month ago, I had the same issue, and so did the woman in front of me. Woman got to the end and since those 3 employees were all just talking to each other and not listening, they put the wrong sauce on and had to completely redo the sandwich.
Then on mine I had to remind them to put on bacon 3 times before they did it because again, they weren't paying attention to me, the were talking to each other.
Anyway, their customer service is literally horrible to the point they're messing up everyone's sandwiches. Go to any store but here.

Ordered a pick up order and was told it was ready around 5:50pm. Drove over and pressed we were there and ready for the curbside order to be delivered. After 30 minutes and watching multiple other guests walk in and order and leave, I walked in and found out it had been sitting there the whole time. I made sure they knew we had been waiting and was told I must not have pressed the “I’m here” button when I certainly did. Needless to say 30 minutes later we ate $15 worth of soggy sandwiches.

I walked in to order and the service was great. Greeted by 2 really nice women. The store was absolutely boiling. It was 94 degrees inside. I know this because as i made my way to the bathroom i saw the thermostat set to 74 but the temp read at 93. The girls were quite literally melting from the heat. I first noticed it was hot about 2 weeks ago and had come in today for a sub. That means they’ve had no A/C for over 2 weeks now. Please fix the AC the workers deserve a good working environment
