Despite having curbside advertised outside of their resturant they told me they don't due curbside because they were busy, they certainly were not. There was 2 employees in there, one of which was just standing around doing nothing. I only saw 3 people go inside the resturant since I got here, so 100% not busy at all2

I’ve visited this location multiple times in 2023 because we are frequently on this side of town, and I continue giving this place an opportunity when truly I’ve been greeted with rudeness, and the employees not paying attention. Whether I’m inconveniencing the employees from being on the phone to place an order, or telling the employees what I’d like and the opposite is done, it’s never been a pleasant experience. Most recently (today) I ordered grilled chicken for my husband and it smelled terribly of fish and he took one bite just to be sure and it was terrible, rancid. My lettuce was super browned recently…not following the #subwayeatfresh standards at all. I typically give places multiple opportunities before submitting to leaving any type of review, but today my experience drove me to doing so.

This particular Subway uses stale bread and cookies. I was there about 2 hours after they opened and both my sandwich and cookies were inedible. Plus, that little female behind the counter is rude and needs to go somewhere besides a food chain!!

The dining room was clean and the food looked and tasted just fine despite there being only one employee present. My go-to sub is a toasted spicy italian on three cheese with marinara sauce, provolone, mustard, mayo, and all the toppings except jalapenos. You gotta try it. The portion sizes were just the right amount.

Horrible service by the attendant. I bought two footlongs with coupon and was going to pay full price for the third one. He (rudely) said he won't sell it to me. I think his English is poor as he was struggling understanding and communicating back.
Worst food ever. The bread is hard as hell. I thought I was eating a rock until I tried to bite into the cookie and almost lost a tooth. This place literally needs too be shut down and quick. The veggies was so gummy I thought I was eating gummy bears. Please safe you money.

I have ordered curbside multiple times and yet food has never been brought out. I give them 15 minutes after the promised time and I always have to go in and get it from whatever single employee is sitting around playing on their phone. I am not sure why I keep going, it’s always disappointing.
