’ve had the same issue every time with the same worker. When I say “the $6.99 6-inch Meal of the Day with mayo, pepper, and oil,” she always adds or changes something I didn’t ask for. She’ll ask, “Do you want the footlong?” or “Do you want vinegar? Mustard? Salt?” even after I’ve already said exactly what I want. It isn’t a one-time mistake — it happens every visit This feels less like miscommunication and more like a constant push to upsell. Today for the first time I asked for the 10.99 footlong meal of the day but did not get the drink or the chips that come with the meal. This isn’t a misunderstanding it’s a consistent pattern that always costs me more or gives me less, and it feels manipulative. When I asked the manager to fix it, he said there was nothing he could do because of the cameras. The only option he gave me was to pay again and wait two days for a refund, which meant I would’ve spent nearly $40 just to get the chips and drink that should have come with my meal.
