I had the shroomami salad and my partner made his salad. He couldn’t even finish his. I tasted the green goddess dressing and it was just all dill. It had the aftertaste of an armpit. The extra chicken he received was 4 tiny strips. My shroomami was edible but disappointing. It was pretty much all kale. Half of the rice in it was so over-cooked that I thought I’d chipped my tooth on it. Really didn’t taste fresh. Besides the kale, the taste was pure basil. Love basil but it’s sickening when it’s a whole salad. I also paid 2 dollars extra for avocado and got none of it. Will not eat here again.

I got the Barbeque Chicken Salad. The blackened chicken was cooked well and was flavorful. Their signature Green Goddess Dressing was very good. Overall it was super tasty and very good quality. I got alot of salad for the price point as I was a little concerned that I wouldn't get much or the salad would be wilted or brown and it surpassed my assumptions. This place is my new favorite ?

Food was ok- seemed over priced for what you get. We ordered online so no real service interactions. Clean environment. Really upset that they only had bar height seating. For those that need chair height seating I wish they were more inclusive. It was almost impossible for my toddler to enjoy his meal.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs- but they are chair height and they have bar height tables.

Some of the time I'm assigned deliveries that happen right before close and some times I don't make it until two minutes after 9pm. I try to get employees attention by knocking, and they see me, and I see my delivery, but they refuse to acknowledge me. Your employees are costing me and your business money. I have to go through a long process to cancel the order, then yall don't get paid and neither do I, and the customer gets upset. So maybe cut delivery drivers some slack if they make it within 5 minutes of closing.

Yeah I don’t know why people are complaining about service, try standing up for 5 hours taking order after order without getting tipped as a server and making just above minimum wage. Tough job that most people who are writing about bad service could never do…I really like the food here. I got the sweet pass+ app and it knocks my bowl to cheaper than chipotle.

It really hums me out because this place has so much potential but it’s being very poorly ran. The workers move slowly and hardly talk to you, they consistently have things missing from orders, and the quality and quantity of the food varies. This location poorly represents the company.

My chicken protein bowl was HORRIBLE with rice so overcooked it no longer even resembled pieces of rice, chicken that looked like it was boiled (not at all like what is being advertised), and they forgot 2 ingredients that were listed on the menu, but just not in the bowl. I sent an email to customer service because my $17.00 bowl was inedible. I sent pictures of the horrible food and received a response that they were "sorry it wasn't what I was craving. . ."??? Ya no. . . I was not "craving" INEDIBLE FOOD for a hefty $17.00 I was told that a credit would be uploaded to my account. Honestly I never want to even eat here again, but I was going to give the credit to my mom. When I went to look at my account, I found that my "credit" was $5.00. . . . for a $17.00 bowl that I couldn't eat any of. Great customer service Sweet Green! (NOT)

Why lock the door for pickup orders, forcing you to walk through the lines of customers and people waiting just to get their pickup order?Also much longer waits than when they opened. Multiple people waiting for orders at a time. Chipotle wait lines for double the price

The two women working the counter on October 9th 3:36pm was the most untrained unprofessional women I have ever encountered. I was charged incorrectly for a tip, I asked for assistance with checking out and they told me the steps so I typed in the full amount of the order l was then charged $16.15 for a tip. I went back to the counter as soon as I saw the price was twice the price and when I asked if the staff could correct it they told me no and that they couldn’t give me “ money out the register” . I did not want money from the register I wanted my transaction refunded. This is a very basic thing to do. The Manager herself told me that she did not how to do a refund which is probably a lie. They couldn’t have been more unbothered or unempathtic people. Horrible . Employess are untrained. The least they could have done is gave me the number to corporate or square about my refund and no guidance was offered. Really looked forward to SweetGreens finally coming to Bloomington now I will not be returning. Shame!

I have never had sweet green before, but I've been trying to eat more mindfully and a friend recommended it, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The food is excellent, but it feels like the management has their priorities heavily on pickup over the customers physically in the store. The reviews were completely right that because their number one priority is not taking care of the line, the wait times are atrocious. They had one poor employee all by themselves doing the entire line, from prep to mixing to cashiering. They had five people, including the manager prepping for pickup, and completely ignoring anything else. If they are way understaffed with call ins (understandable) or if it's a deliberate choice (in my mind, questionable), it should not be a turnaround of 35 min to get through a line of 4, yes, 4 people. It's only going to make their problem worse, because guess what, I don't think I'm coming in person again unless I want my time wasted. Looks like another person slotted for pickup.
