Parking: I gave them a 3 because the bathrooms are always dirty. Try as they may, but the homeless like to wander in and take sponge baths in the restrooms and it seems to be a constant battle to keep those restrooms clean.

This location only does mobile orders in the evening and is closed including the drive through. This might lead to you getting out of your car while waiting . Unfortunately the parking lot is also one of the most predatory lots in Bloomington by tow truck companies. Would avoid.

I am a customer as well as a dasher at this establishment, and when I am dashing at this particular taco bell the wait can be anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. The customer service is awful. They're terribly rude, cussing infront of all the customers, just no care in the world. They lock people out of the lobby just whenever they feel like. And all the customers get told they better not let anyone in when they go out the back. Also when you try to go in sometimes they'll come to the door they'll tell you, you can only get food off of mobile order only even if the lobby isn't actually closed. I absolutely dread getting orders for this place. It sucks.

Parking: The parking it sucks most of the time too. The parking lot is almost always full. Then you have people who do not know how to park properly. Just all around bad experience.

Not only did they get me and my fiancé's order wrong but they burned his food , I had to call multiple times to just be able to pay and they were very unprofessional and gave out the wrong order

They forget some food literally every time I’m there. Last week they forgot a supreme taco, yesterday they forgot my Cinnabon delights, and something from every other order was missing. I also tried to order sour cream at the window and they wouldn’t take my money, they wanted me to get out of line, order online, and get back in line. I had cash or card ready.
Most of these issues came from the night workers.

Out of all Taco Bell locations I have been to this one takes the cake as the slowest one I have been to. The lack of front responsibility since the self kiosks has turned Taco Bell into a lazy establishment.
