When i order pickup it is usually pretty good. But here lately when I order from taco bell app at 309 n walnut street it gets delivered by a taco bell on west 3rd street which takes a while.I love the new polblono and steak quesadilla,but I can't want for Del Taco to open up near me.

Worst Taco Bell in the world. They have literally never gotten an order correct of mine unless they are super dead while ordering or if I order inside. Every DoorDash I order there is at least something wrong. This time I ordered 3 things and got 5 things that were completely wrong. My name was on the bag, wasn’t the dashers fault. Every time I order it is the locations fault.

The crew working lunch today (10/21/25) was terrible! They're either horribly trained or maybe just kinda dumb? Horrible customer service and horrible food prep. Of the 7 items we ordered, two of them were correct (but still badly constructed). The other items were wrong or missing entirely.

Never had food or service this low quality before. Ordered a chicken bowl.. Chicken was nothing but fat, cold, half of it was just nacho cheese instead of anything else. I had them remake it and they forgot ingredients BOTH times. I tried to call them and they hung up on me mid conversation.

We are regulars at Taco Bell. We always get the veggie cravings box. It was our first time at this particular location while we were in Bloomington for IU move-in.
The black bean crunch wrap had almost no black beans. Quite tasteless without train ingredient... Taco Bell, you got to do better. Quite disappointed.

I am giving this location a 5 star because out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to (I’m obsessed with Taco Bell) this Taco Bell by far has the highest rate of perfecting my food. Every time someone goes to a Taco Bell, they need to acknowledge the fact that it’s going to be hit or miss. The reason this location is special is because 6/10 times I go, my food is wonderful. Now, even though that rate might not seem ideal to most, as a Taco Bell enthusiast, those odds are great. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time in these reviews… uhhh don’t go during rush hour hahaha!

Parking: I gave them a 3 because the bathrooms are always dirty. Try as they may, but the homeless like to wander in and take sponge baths in the restrooms and it seems to be a constant battle to keep those restrooms clean.
