The workers seem sketchy. It's right next to a very popular bar, so there are lots of drunk people at night. The food was good, and they got my order right.

Keep in mind, it’s a Taco Bell, you get what you pay for but… food was cold. And when I tell u there was barely any nacho cheese in my burrito, I thought they forgot to put it on. Asked the guy to remake and he had an attitude ab it. They actually started loudly complaining ab customers who ask for remakes. I mean, I would hate my job too if I was y’all. But you know maybe don’t work in food if you don’t want to… make food.

Ordered food and they said it would take 10 mins then I came back and I was told another 10 mins and I came back for a 3rd time and was told it would be 25 mins. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my food.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a fast food place. Don't try to pay with cash. There's no one at the service counter and they'll look you in the face and ignore you in the kitchen, even when you ask for help. It took about 30 minutes to get served and I had to go back to the kiosk and redo the order and pay with a credit card that I didn't want to use. Will probably not come back even though I work 3 minutes away. You need to find workers who don't noticeably resent customers just for being there and for having to do their jobs.

Taco Bell is always busy! I went inside to order.You order in a machine and you wait for your name.You can dine in or carry out .Mostly students and Uber inside . Fairly fast but kinda boring .

My friends and I tried to enter one night, but the dining area was closed and they were only serving the drive-thru. It was ridiculous because this Taco Bell is located in a prime downtown area where people are supposed to be walking rather that driving. The fact that there's a drive-thru and parking lot bigger than the Taco Bell itself is already ridiculous. It looks it was ripped right out of a suburban strip mall, and the place acts like it too by closing early for people who don't arrive by car. It loses them business as well from all the college students who don't own cars trying to get into the place.
