Easiest order and they forget half of my order and the food was cold. Worst Taco Bell in the city

Best taco place I have ever been to, Mark helped me with my order so politely and friendly. He made me loaded tacos and chalupas. Great staff , great food , great service. Highly recommended.

we waited in the drive thru for a long time and after we ordered they didn’t even come up to the window at all once in like the whole 30 minutes we were sitting there so we eventually just left 🥲

The people that own Taco Bell in Bloomington really don't do it justice they have a cantina but it doesn't serve real alcohol just beer and wine like any gas station in Indiana shame on you you bought a cantina and you're screwed it up
Poorly managed. 6pm monday only 2 people working.car line took over 30 minutes. Several cars behind me left. Sad. I can't get around to leave... this is amazingly horrible. This restaurant should not charge for customers whom have waited 30+ minutes...

Waited in the drive through for 30 mins, my food was cold when I got it. If not to cook the food, why was there such a long wait? Will never come here again.
Has to be the worst Taco Bell in town. Went through the drive through and asked for two separate orders. The manager said I couldn't do two orders because they were understaffed. But I could order the same amount of food on one ticket?! 🙄

Ordered on the app almost two weeks ago now. It was 1:57am. By the time I got to the Taco Bell (accidentally ordered at the wrong one), it was after 2am. There was no way I could have made it to the Taco Bell before 2am, yet they didn’t cancel my order. They refused to give me my order because it was “after closing”. At this point, the app was still letting me place orders because they didn’t update their schedule in the app. I tried to resolve this through Taco Bell support in the app but have yet to receive a refund.
Taco Bell at about 1:00 a.m. and the manager was very rude the food was all wrong there wasn't even meat on one of my tacos which I don't know how you do the staff was all very filthy animals that talked like we are on the side of the corner and had no respect for their customers I was told she would not remake anything and she was the manager and she didn't care what I thought I will never come back to this Taco Bell ever again every time I do it's just a bunch of hood rats sitting back there hitting Vapes and not doing anything we'll post the pictures under this absolutely ridiculous what Taco Bell has come to.

Can't follow simple directions it seems. First was told I couldn't add extra chicken to my taco because they "had to sub the beef" even though every other Taco Bell location has been able to figure this simple POS maneuver out. Watched the cashier ring up no lettuce on my tacos and still received lettuce on both tacos, which was old and wilted and smelled bad. Cross contaminated with tomatoes which I am allergic to so couldn't eat one of the tacos. No hot sauce given even though it was rung up, cashier didn't speak 2 words to me, this location needs serious management improvement and retraining of a clearly absolutely careless staff.

Ive tried to give this taco Bell MULTIPLE chances since it’s on the Side of town closest to me. But My order is always wrong. Most of the time my food is cold for some reason even if i order in the drive through and dont do online . It’s given me food poisoning twice in the past 2-3 months. And today i tried it one more time. I got a midnight cherry freeze with my food and it tastes like chemicals and i cannot get the taste out of my mouth and my throat is irritated. I called to let them know that they need to check the drink and that mine isnt edible, they just thanks for letting us know. Didnt even offer another drink or anything or try to remedy the situation. The customer service isn't great especially in the evenings.Like i get you dont want to be at work (neither do i sometimes) but they should care a-little more about customer interaction. Will not eat at this Taco Bell Again. I understand this is fast food so my expectations were never high but the West side taco bell is better than this one. Update: customer service did issue a refund.
