Don’t bother trying to order after 12am. Staff cannot be bothered to do their jobs, or mumble into a headset. Take a tip and have the order kiosk run the drive through for much better service.

Met with management to stop offensive music using the n word and curse words was told they would turn it off. An employee told them it was their right to play anything they please. The offensive music continued. NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT!!!

The last 3 times I have been into Taco Bell, I have had to wait 15 minutes or more. Last night I had to get someone's attention to ask about my 1 item order. They did apologize but I think there should be some serious adjustments done.

TBH, I was having a BAD night. Personal stress & hunger were becoming challenging. East side Taco Bell? REFUSED TO SERVE ME (or anyone). Downtown Taco Bell? REFUSED TO SERVE ME! (or anyone!!) SOUTH SIDE TACO BELL??!? "How can we help you?" Polite, Expedient, and Impressive!!! Tonight they put every other location to shame. They turned my whole night around! THANK YOU!!
