We ordered a meal for 2 online, and we made a couple customizations to the items. (The app let us do it to each individual item but when we arrived to pick it up it had made all customizations to both like items.) So when he asked if everything looked correct I told them the customizations then we went to the window. He seemed very Annoyed that we had made changes and did not shy away from showing it. He handed us the food and when we asked for a fork I thought his head might explode. Once we got to eat our food, the customizations were to the Crunchwraps and they put next to no meat in it and was literally just lettuce and sour cream with maybe a tablespoon of meat in it. I thought they waited to make your food to arrive, but if dude would have just said it was already made we would have taken it, but to get mad at us then not give us meat in our food is ridiculous. I paid for it and I expect to get meat in an item that was supposed to have it. So if you go here don’t make customizations, they don’t like that!

The parking lot smelled like weed so much that I almost got a contact buzz. *never used any ever* The food was good! I'm an idiot and ordered the 4 drink deal twice ?. The strawberry lemonade was excellent ? app works great. Taco Bell is pretty good ? always hits the spot!

The Taco Bell in Ellettsville is the BEST! The gentleman that seems to always be there in the morning is SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! I ALWAYS have a special order and he is always so nice about cooking fresh food for it. I wish that all the Taco Bell managers could be trained by him!
Gave my husband the wrong stuff after we told her are order and got all the way home for it to be wrong and usually i like the chicken Chalupa but it didn't even have no chicken on it all lettuce and the shell was hard as hell im very disappointed

I was just there at Taco Bell And I ordered 2 Cinnabon's and they did not give them to me. I had to run inside and ask for them, and there was one employee who was VERY hateful and VERY RUDE to her other employee, bumping into her on purpose and pushing her out of the way. But the other employees were nice about it and told me to have a nice night. I'm never going to that one EVER again.I would not recommend going to that one. Sorry not sorry?

Went to go order food tonight two hours before they close and they tell me that he’s the only employee in the store and he cannot take my order and make the food. I don’t understand how that works speaking since only drive-through is open so he could take my order, then go make the food and then give me the food especially since there’s nobody there.
