Takes 20 minutes each time i’ve been here - won’t make this mistake again. taco bell has to be cheap and fast to make sense, cuz it ain’t good. There’s only 2 other people here waiting for food, absolutely ridiculous.

None of the machines work. Couldnt even order.
Worst food I have ever had. Tortillas tasted horrible, as if they had gone bad. We ended up throwing everything away. Better to waste a bit of food than get food poisoning. Do not go here!!

Primarily serves mobile orders. They have order kiosks if you walk in. Hardly anyone is ever at the front if you need service. My orders have come out fairly accurately but is a nuisance if you need to speak to anybody for anything.

No words could ever express how much I hate this Taco Bell. If I could make a petition for this Taco Bell to be abolished I would. Everyone who works here needs to be fired and probably put into rehab. I have never once ordered here and have gotten my food in less than an hour. My order hasn’t once been right and I have never gotten sauce with my order ether. I would rather scoop my eyes out with a spoon than order from here again. I don’t care if this was the last food establishment on the planet I’d rather starve then have to waste my money here.

Taco shells have an off putting taste and smell. I asked for no lettuce on the burrito supreme; they gave me lettuce, but took off the red sauce. Food was cold, and the Baja blast was watered down.
We went out of our way to go to this location so we could buy alcohol with our dinner. After making the purchase we were informed there wasn’t a manager on duty with a liquor license to serve it. We waited 20 minutes for our food. When we first arrived we asked for our table to be wiped off and it never happened so we used napkins when we finally got our food. They also ran out of straws. Won’t be returning.

I went to pickup an order that I placed 30
Minutes prior for pickup at 7:15.
There was no one working the front counter, when someone finally came up to the register @ 7:35, I asked for a refund, when the manager arrive he stated that he couldn’t give me a refund I said okay then I’d like my food, I ordered it for 7:15 so I could grab it and go! Manager REFUSED to give me my money back and stated I can do it online in the app, (the manager also didn’t offer to help, and also stated it would be 24 HR… Which it DOES NOT give you the option to do, I explained this they told me to leave or they were calling the police, I said go ahead, I called them also!
Funny thing is WHEN I SAW THE COPS PULL UP, the food came out, I explained the situation to the police, I showed him that it didn’t let me ask to cancel, mind you the order still showed in process, so I ended up taking the food at 7:50… The store was nasty, the employees were not in uniform nor meeting health code violations, (see photos), then Taco Bell TRESPASSED ME, for asking for my money or food….
DONT WORRY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TACO BELL ANY LOCATION, EVER! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, AS WELL AS PUBLIC RELATIONS!

Horrible experience…probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. The food was horrible and the taco shells were expired and had an repulsive taste and smell.

The service was DREADFUL. The person that helped me was extremely rude to the point that I ended up leaving instead (he had a ponytail if that helps as an identifier for someone in the future). I understand when there are less people working it can be stressful. HOWEVER, that does not give him the right to speak to me the way he did when I approached him with nothing but respect. If I am being completely honest, absolutely anyone that has ever worked in customer service would be APPALLED at the way I was treated. As a massive tacobell fan I hate to say it but I am very disappointed in my experience at this particular location.

I was told to leave the lobby after entering. I then waited a half hour for my food outside before asking about the progrsss of my order. I was told when I asked that my name would be added to the bottom of a paper list the manager was keeping for doing orders. He said they only have 4 people working. I could see the kitchen clearly through the windows. I saw 2 people making food and 2 people watching. I am writing this now with my food being 40 minutes after the estimated ready time. I was told they could not cancel my order. Your app does not allow me to do so either. There were also only about 10 people waiting for food. The main issue is that they were slow, not busy. Worst restaurant experience of my life.
Edit: finally got my food over an hour after ordering. It was cold and missing multiple ingredients.
