We have ate here so many times in the past couple weeks. The amount of food you get with the price is so nice! The super nachos are fully PACKED for so cheap. It’s amazing! Food also tastes perfect

Easy to order, the chicken burrito was great. It was a big size, and tasty. I asked about allergies and they were extremely helpful to explain and put anything on the side or not in the burrito. Overall an easy and good experience. Im going back again to try the tacos next time. I didnt take a picture as it smelled so good I ate it without waiting on a photo.

Roadside food truck is phenomenal. Authentic. Very well seasoned, savory Mexican taqueria. Worth the trip. In a neighborhood off the beaten path. Call in your order to save yourself some time. since this is a 2 person operation

It’s the simple pleasures man. I just spent the last four dollars I have in my account to buy one taco here. It’s worth that much to me. It’s making my day that much. money comes and goes, but taco is forever.
(also, throughly hispanic approved. best taco place for miles IMO)

My wife and I stopped by Taco Al Pastor and were blown away. I ordered the pastor bowl and she got the birria quesadilla — both were absolutely amazing. The pastor bowl was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and fresh in every bite. The birria quesadilla was cheesy, rich, and full of tender, flavorful meat.
The service was just as great as the food — friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can tell they put real care into what they make. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we can come back.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious, and satisfying Mexican food, Taco Al Pastor is the place to go. Highly recommend!

No seasoning, dry meat, nothing in a quesadilla but dry meat, tamale is ONLY dry chicken and ZERO flavor or sauce and barely any meat, watery black beans with no seasoning running all over tortillas, zero vegetables in anything. NOT authentic true Mexican dishes. Not worth over $13 for a supposed quesadilla that was just a tortilla with tasteless dry less than bite sized meat or $5 for a dry tasteless CHICKEN tamale.
If you're looking for an authentic taco experience, look no further than the Tacos al Pastor food truck! From the moment you approach the truck, the tantalizing aroma of marinated pork grilling on a spit draws you in, setting the stage for a delightful culinary journey.
The tacos themselves are a perfect blend of flavors. The al pastor meat is succulent, with just the right amount of spice and sweetness, thanks to the traditional seasonings. Each taco is generously filled and comes with fresh toppings like cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime, enhancing the vibrant taste.
The tortilla is warm and soft, perfectly holding all the delicious ingredients together. You can also choose salsas, each adding its own kick to the experience. The service is friendly and efficient, making it easy to grab a quick bite or linger and enjoy the atmosphere.
Overall, Tacos al Pastor food truck is a must-visit for taco lovers. With its mouthwatering flavors and welcoming vibe, it’s a true gem that leaves you craving more. Don't miss out on this tasty adventure!

Tried for the first time tonight and it’s officially our new favorite Mexican restaurant!
We had a chicken burrito, pastor, chorizo, and birria tacos. The burrito and Burria tacos were our favorite!
All their food tastes far more authentic than the ‘larger’ Mexican restaurants in Bloomington.
Hate that we’ve waited so long to try! Our new weekly spot, for sure!
PS please don’t move to the west side or downtown like everything else! 😅

I got the birria tacos and they were only street tacos. no consume, nothing. the tacos were very dry and I was very disappointed in them since I’m a huge fan of queso birria tacos.
