It’s the simple pleasures man. I just spent the last four dollars I have in my account to buy one taco here. It’s worth that much to me. It’s making my day that much. money comes and goes, but taco is forever.
(also, throughly hispanic approved. best taco place for miles IMO)

My wife and I stopped by Taco Al Pastor and were blown away. I ordered the pastor bowl and she got the birria quesadilla — both were absolutely amazing. The pastor bowl was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and fresh in every bite. The birria quesadilla was cheesy, rich, and full of tender, flavorful meat.

The service was just as great as the food — friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can tell they put real care into what they make. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we can come back.

If you’re looking for authentic, delicious, and satisfying Mexican food, Taco Al Pastor is the place to go. Highly recommend!

No seasoning, dry meat, nothing in a quesadilla but dry meat, tamale is ONLY dry chicken and ZERO flavor or sauce and barely any meat, watery black beans with no seasoning running all over tortillas, zero vegetables in anything. NOT authentic true Mexican dishes. Not worth over $13 for a supposed quesadilla that was just a tortilla with tasteless dry less than bite sized meat or $5 for a dry tasteless CHICKEN tamale.

Tried for the first time tonight and it’s officially our new favorite Mexican restaurant!
We had a chicken burrito, pastor, chorizo, and birria tacos. The burrito and Burria tacos were our favorite!
All their food tastes far more authentic than the ‘larger’ Mexican restaurants in Bloomington.
Hate that we’ve waited so long to try! Our new weekly spot, for sure!

Amazing food truck food, and servings are big. One tamale is the size I'd expect of two. The burrito probably weighs two pounds and has everything in it. So good!

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautifully decorated Mexican food truck today on the recommendation of a friend. This is not chain quality food. This feels and tastes more like home cooked. The portions are HUGE and the price is more than fair! The employee who took my order was very friendly. It's a totally different game when you love what you do. The quality of the food and customer service reflect the dedication to their work.

If you have a craving for Mexican and find yourself nearby, you will not regret trying Tacos Al Pastor!
