I don't usually like leaving one-star reviews but I was quite disappointed. I don't mean to be harsh, but I ordered two dosas for delivery last night and they were flavorless. It didn't have the fermented taste of dosa at all, it just tasted like nothing. The sambar also didn't have the flavor of a good sambar, it tasted a little bitter. Also, it is stated that dosa comes with a coconut chutney but instead I received a red, tomato chutney that didn't go well with the dosa at all. The other food at the restaurant isn't usually bad but this experience wasn't good at all, if you're craving dosa this isn't the place.
Update: I spoke with the manager on the phone, he was very kind and accommodating regarding my poor experience. I changed my review to four stars just for the customer service. I think my experience with the dosa might've been a product of just a bad batch and I'm hopeful for improvements in the future!

Butter chicken is really good! However on our last visit we were totally ignored by the staff. There were 7 of us for lunch. They brought water and never came back. We had to hunt someone down to wait on us. Then, no one came EVER to clear dirty dishes (it's a buffet and you can't reuse plate. Our table got so full we had to set our dirty dishes on the table behind us! Finally the server? asked us not to do that, and argued with us when we said we ran out of room, and needed a server. It was really horrible service. I don't think I would ever go back.
