Was busy i get it, but we come in told a 25 min wait just to watch people flow through and make new reservations in front of our eyes and be seated.. just to then be told we can put u on the list....5 girls up front and u cant figure it out... yall ruined the night

Out of all the roadhouses I’ve been to, the Bloomington roadhouse is the best one yet! Service was fast and amazing! I love the staff! Staff is just wonderful here! If I could rate a million stars I would! ♾️/10!!! I also highly recommend the prime rib! I got medium rare and it was just PERFECT!!! Cooks know how to impress!! Can’t wait to come back!!

What is going on at this location? Uncomfortably cold inside. Employees were wearing coats. Been this way the last few times we've gone. Always busy.... spend a little of that profit on your heating system. Also, took forever to get waited on, probably twice as long as normal to get our meals, and waiter never came back around for probably 25-30 minutes. A drink refill would have been much appreciated. Not the place it used to be.

Most things here could be considered good, but the main thing I've found to be consistently great are the ribs. The more expensive steaks can be really good, but I've never been impressed by their sirloin steaks. The portions can be somewhat small, but I suppose that's offset by the abundance of delicious rolls.
