The only issue was the steak. I had asked for medium well, and it was very well done. The service was excellent.

Standard Texas Road House fair with the usual decent quality food. Our waitress, Morgana, was incredible! I don’t think I’ve ever had such an attentive waitress. The food was good. The steaks were cooked to our liking and the rolls were fresh. I appreciated them taking care of us even though it was close to closing time. Definitely go here if you’ve got a hankering for those rolls. You will not be disappointed by the service.

Food is average, service fair, music blaring is awful. Birthdays are nonstop & annoying.

Food is excellent almost always. Service is top notch, my only singular complaint was the length of time that I waited after being seated and putting in drink orders, until my waitress came back to take food orders. The atmosphere is fine, it's a Texas style steak house. You get what you come for.Kid-friendliness: In my opinion, the place is kid friendly enough. Due to the overall noise level, no one is likely to notice your babies crying or screaming. Regarding that same subject, this may not be my number 1 choice for an intimate date.

Went here on a work trip in early February. Right across from the hotel, sat at the bar top and service was pretty good, food was fast and pretty decent and beer was great. The reason for my review though is I needed to expense it for work, I called today on April 8th and spoke to Tavo who I am assuming is a manager. Within 20 min the guy was able to track down my receipt from two months ago and get it emailed. Thank you Tavo you were awesome!

We are here from Columbus, OH for the 2024 Solar Eclipse and this has been the best dining experience at a Texas Roadhouse, period! We were seated quickly, the food was delicious and our server was friendly and efficient...just a perfect dinner, thank you!

Good food, reasonable pricing, but they jam-packed the entire restaurant. You can't hardly move. Other than that, it is a good restaurant for a decent dinner with the family.

An absolute joke.Bullying directed at the employees from the management is constant, any and all complaints from employees are either immediately dismissed or the employee was fired. An employee was fired after letting the general manager know that her excused absences & “unexplained health issues” that had only spanned over about a month were due to her just finding out she was pregnant. After being let go for essentially no reason and rightfully so being upset about how this would now be affecting her, the general manager told her “do not put problems onto them, as they didn’t cause this.” Another employee was made to bring in documentation from the hospital she was at because her boyfriend was in the ICU and management did not believe her. Multiple employees in the Army/National Guard, etc were threatened with write ups or termination for “missing shifts” or “calling off” if they weren’t able to find coverage for shifts scheduled even after providing a written excuse of absence from their superior's. Sexual harassment claims are not taken seriously/addressed when brought to the attention of management, which spanned over the 3 yrs I was employed. Management doesn’t care about the experience of most customers if they are not regulars. The customers are viewed as nothing more than walking dollar signs. Unless you sit at the bar top, spend hundreds multiple times a week, and blow smoke up the managements behinds, they couldn’t care less about the experience you have dining there. The CEO of Texas Roadhouse tragically passed away, and in a time that the mental health of their employees should have been absolutely taken even more seriously, the exact opposite happened. They are quick to share mental health awareness posts on their facebook page, but have single handedly traumatized, belittled, and bullied at least 5 previous employees to the point multiple HR investigations were opened. Mental health issues are a joke to them, and are not taken seriously in the slightest. They let a sexual predator continue working for them for months, even after seeing proof of his wrongdoings and being made aware that he had been trying to contact multiple underage hostesses. This Texas Roadhouse is run by a narcissist woman that had her employees working in extremely dangerous conditions in 2023. As there was a known gas leak that she didn’t want to spend the money to fix. Multiple employees were taken to the emergency room or went to urgent care and were suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. The general manager had employees working in a building that she knew was dangerous. Oh, and what about customers safety & satisfaction? Well the entire 3 yrs of my employment we experienced issues with the drainage systems in the dish/overall kitchen areas. Putrid smell coming from drains, never addressed/attempted to fix the issue. The smell got so bad you were able to smell it in the women’s restroom. Instead of fixing the issue, employees were instructed to place/spray air fresheners in hope of covering the smell. This ongoing issues is paired with the extreme issues of WORMS in the ice. When scooping ice from the machine into buckets to fill the drink stations, WORMS were found on/INSIDE of ice cubes on multiple occasions. Again, this was immediately brought to the attention of management, but quickly overlooked with no resolution. Also, a woman once found a jelly bean deeply mixed into the salad I had just dropped off at her table. Confused and disgusted because we didn’t serve Jelly Beans, I immediately showed the manager & instead of being equally disgusted, they thought it was hilarious. Never looking into the cleanliness of the man that makes the salads. This location has consistently gone downhill. When regular customers take time to comment on how they’ve noticed the lackluster MANAGEMENT and incredibly low moral from servers, along with the unusually high turnover rate, that says A LOT.

Ordered a steak well done. I know there are many people who want their food less cooked and that is up to them. I like my steak well done and this one was cooked tp perfection.
