This is another review where I have to tell you that you must run quickly and not walk to this food trailer. I've had a couple different sandwiches from here now and both times they have been absolutely phenomenal! The best one so far is the mama smacker. For being up north the pulled pork taste like the best pork I've ever had from down south. These guys are definitely on top of their game and I highly recommend that you stop by and check them out one night.

Finally got to try The Big Cheeze at the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival and sorry to say I was a bit disappointed! I've seen so much hype for this truck, yet flavors were very lacking. I got the Pig Mac. Bread just tasted like straight oil, which I could get around if the fillings were good. Not a whole lot of pulled pork on the sammy or sauce. The mac and cheese was bland. Literally was a tasteless grease ball lol. I took it home and added salt and bbq sauce and it was pretty decent. I like the food trucks concept, but I feel it should be executed better.

I asked them when they were open until and they said 3 am, but just I went there and they said they were closed. Very rude and upsetting. I would give zero stars but it won't let me post the review.

Would give 10/5 review. I'm lactose intolerant and don't care it's still the best spot in Bloomington (and it's not even close) .

Came here with a friend who raved about this food truck and their grilled cheese. I have to say it's what I expected--an ok grilled cheese but nothing exceptional. The additions are fun but not necessary. I can see why this would be a cult favorite among college student regulars but unfortunately does not warrant a trip from far away just to try.

I paid $7 for mozzarella sticks that took 20 minutes to cook and were burnt to a crisp. I tried to return them and have the cook make new, but the new ones were just as bad. They were so burnt that they just tasted like oil. I was incredibly disappointed as I love the Big Cheeze and can never find it.

College towns are breeding grounds for a thriving food truck scene, and I mean that in the best, most productive way possible. The energy is absolutely inimitable and palpable: where else can you find hordes of youth, enthused, moderately-to-completely drunk 20-somethings that can eat their weight in carbs? As a non-drinker, I didn't venture out to Kirkwood much, I'll be honest. Oh sure, I went out for the food, but the Big Cheeze tended to make its presence known far later in the night, once my friends and I were already comfortably settled on the couch, ready for yet another FRIENDS marathon. One day we set out and, well, we didn't have to go very far to spot The Big Cheeze- it often parked quite near the Sample Gates, no doubt to catch students as they were coming back, extremely drunk, and in need of the perfect drunk food. Of course, we ordered the Mac Daddy, how could we not? This sandwich could teach a class on ratios: macaroni to cheese sauce, for one, but also, stuffing to buttery bread. It's a lesson of its own, and one well worth paying attention to.

High quality grilled cheese overrall. This is well known by students and locals within the Bloomington area. The food truck can sometimes be a bit hard to find, but when you do find it, go for it!! I've made my own grilled cheese with carmelized onions and it was AMAZING.

That bacon jam that they schmear on a sandwich is SO GOOD. Fair prices. I'm always happy to run into them downtown. Haven't figured out their route though.

I've come here twice as an out of town guest from Atlanta. It reminds me of my favorite brewery in ATL. The Lavender Blonde was my favorite. I love the atmosphere and the beer. And whoever is choosing the music... great job!

Had a wonderful time at this rustic brewery! The owner was very helpful in recommended beers and snacks. Additionally, all the beers were absolutely fantastic!
