As I walked in the bar for the first time and looked around, it was like walking into my own brain. I absolutely loved every little detail. They even let us bring our own game and play it laptop. I wish this place existed when I was in school.
I think I have a new fave! My son told me about The Cade, & I have to say I wasn’t disappointed, in the least. All the games were free, except the pinball games. It is a bar, so you definitely have to be 21+. On street fighter game, I do have bragging rights, because I actually beat my gamer son. Some pretty cool retro games from games I played back in the day. #GenXrules!
We always manage to make our way to the Cade. Wish they had a little more selection on the arcade games, but still a great little place. The only other thing I'd like to have seen on our latest trip, one of the bartenders just didn't have much of a personality. Some do, some don't, nothing wrong with that. Just makes the atmosphere more enjoyable in my opinion. We will be back regardless.
