Food was cold and the nachos were consistent to what you would find at a concession stand.

It is a little hard to find if this is your first time. Just find the bookstore in The Union and the elevator down to the restaurant is near there. The menu is fairly small, but plenty of choice and the food was good. A little disappointing, my husband ordered the tenderloin and at 5pm on a Friday night, they were out of it. Service was great though and our food came out super fast.

Delicious fresh food, and great service! Went there on Jazz night and it was such a great ambience. Will be back soon!

Needed to get out before a show in about 50 minutes. Let our server know. I think he was trying his best but the kitchen was VERY slow and everything we ordered must have been prepared- chili, hummus plate. The server could only do so much with the slowness of the kitchen. Good menu, good drink selection, food is good, and the location was very needed for campus. Will go back.

I ordered the kids chicken tenders and fries, as I was going to order it on Grubhub for pickup but I couldn’t pay cash which was fine. So I went and placed my order and was asked if I wanted a drink so I said yes as the one on Grubhub said it came with a drink. My ticket said kids chicken tenders and fries but I was overcharged. I did not care to pay the extra 3 dollars, but I was trying to get a meal for cheaper as I am in college and am trying to save. I was just curious as to why it was more. The waitress proceeded to say to me she couldn’t do anything about it as she is not in charge of Grubhub. I understand that, but I was just confused as to why it was more. The food was good, it was just the waitress that was a bit unkind. This experience made me a bit upset as all I was told was that she doesn’t control Grubhub.

In from Detroit. We came for dinner in the middle of a Jazz show. Sat at the bar. Max took great care of us. Fabulous Sazerac. I recommend the pork tenderloin sandwich. Schnitzel at its best. The music was incredible. Great service and atmosphere. We’ll be back.

I have never had to write a review like this, but frankly I believe that management needs to know about our experience, and frankly, I wish I had payed attention to the prior negative reviews. We were happy to get reservations to eat after the October 19th Homecoming football game, and felt lucky because everywhere else was booked solid, and we heard about long waits to get into restaurants. When we arrived to a nearly empty restaurant, that was our first clue. Part of our group ordered and received drinks (soda and tea) while others were in the restroom. Once we all were seated, we waited and waited for someone to take the rest of our drink orders, and we were ready to order food. Finally the manager came over to us and asked if we would be okay moving to a different table, since we had been placed at the largest table, and a larger party had arrived. We happily moved, then were ignored while wait staff took drink orders from the larger group. Finally we got the attention of a staff member and asked if they could take the rest of our drink orders, as well as our food orders. A kind waitress came to take our orders and promptly brought drinks. Finally, over an hour after we arrived, our food was delivered, only to find that 4 of our 7 orders were barely warm. The kind waitress was quick to take the dishes back, saying that was unacceptable. Shortly after that, we heard a cook yell in complaint about having to take the blame. It took at least another 15 minutes our hot meals to be brought out. The food was moderatley acceptable at best. The shredded pork was very dry. Our daughter said the food at Forrest Dining Hall was better. In the end, only the waitress apologized. Our drinks (non-alcoholic) were not on the bill, but truly I would rather have had an honest apology for the poor service than financial reimbursement. Needless to say, we will not be back!

Both service and food were below average. I sat at a table waiting for others who would join me, and had no service from the wait staff - all of whom were just hanging around the service area. I got up and went to the bar on my own to get a glass of wine. Once I sat back down, the wait staff looked over at me, but no one came by to maybe offer an apology or to see if I wanted anything else. Our waiter was polite, but didn't do much besides take the order and bring it to us. No follow up. An early order for a beer and water needed us to remind him. Had the feel of a place where there was little training or little supervision to make sure the training stick. Food was really bad. Hoosier tenderloin sandwich appeared to be a frozen tenderloin patty - like from a box at the supermarket. Fish and chips appeared to be frozen fish sticks-like fish and just really low quality. Nachos appetizer was comical. Like a young kid tried to make nachos at home. I'm writing much because this is a sad place. There's a great opportunity for this kind of pub in the IMU - for locals and visitors and guests at the hotel. The Vault is currently a poor response to this opportunity. IU is way behind what other major campuses offer in the form of an on-campus pub.

Very average to low food quality Friendly service The vegetable bowl was terrible, literally no dressing just eating plain cucumber, tomatoes and chickpeas Fake fish and chips, fries were soggy and tasteless Would not recommend or return

The service was meh but good for her first day. The fries are great. Lovely outdoor seating arrangement

Pretty good food but thought it was ridiculous how I was kicked out halfway through my meal because I ordered it through Grubhub. I was literally the only customer in the restaurant lol

We ate there on a Friday night in the summer. We were the only customers! I assume when school is in session, there would be more customers. My hamburger was very good. My husband's turkey Reuben was also good. We will probably come back in the fall and maybe sit outside.

Great settings!! Love the layout and the multiple screens with the games on.
Like the small bar seating... that's where I parked myself, the couple times I went there.
Liked the onion rings.
Myles was very good at his job...being the lone ranger...he did a great job ?.
The major disappointments were.... non availability of the mushrooms, corn chowder and few beers that I really wanted to try.
I settled for what was available and a few old fashions.
Overall the experience was good. I will go back if I ever stay in Biddle again.
