We got the spicy squid and chicken rice bowl. 1 bulgogi and 1 reg Kimbab. We wanted the Jajang udon but it was not avail thus the 4 stars because that was the reason we went there. The food was very spicy but we love it like that. It came with macaroni salad. The portion is really not that big but we got carry out. The service was a bit slow but I think there was only 3 people working. The place is like at an apartment complex which was kind of confusing at first. They had some tables there but the place is really small.

4/5 I'm ok with itI stopped for a quick bite for lunch. I had the Japanese curry to go. Unfortunately I didn't get to eat it until later, but it still tasted warm and yummy when I got a chance to eat it. I'm pretty sure they played it safe with the Japanese curry. It wasn't anything too new or unique. And I'm ok with it. It was tasty. The sides didn't really work with the curry, but they were also tasty themselves. The reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is becuase it didn't wow me. But I enjoyed it and I don't mind coming back since it's a safe choice I know will be here.Service was great. The place was clean.

Friendly service. Our meal came out quickly. The kimchi was super tasty. Large portion sizes for a reasonable price. I really liked my bulgogi rice bowl.

I came here on my lunch break and wow this place did not disappoint. If you want authentic bibimbap that is full of flavor and a little grocery area to get your favorite Korean snacks then this is definitely a place to check out! Truly blown away by how authentic the food is.

The best Korean restaurant in Bloomington in terms of price and convenience. Kimbaps and Cupbaps are great. Also the noodle options are great, too. Toto's serves quickly. It is owned by the same owner who owns Ami Restaurant on the 3rd street, so the food quality at Toto's is similar to Ami's.

I'm far from an expert on Korean cuisine but I enjoyed the dish I had (Beef Bibimbap). It was quite good and filling. I intend to return and try other items on the menu.

First time having Toto's. The food was so comforting after a long day. Good portions, shared a spicy chicken kimbap. Though there isn't a lot of room in the restaurant, it was very cozy, and the service was very good! There is even a small shop in the restaurant.

My partner and I went here for lunch based on the great reviews, and I am totally surprised that it's getting such good feedback as we thought it was pretty bad. We came in during a slow time with almost no other customers, but the service was really slow. They could have been short staffed, that's not usually something I judge a restaurant on if the food is worth the wait, especially in the last few years. We both got chasu ramen, and shared an order of tteok-bokki. The ramen didn't taste like something made from scratch or by a restaurant, it seemed pre-made. The tteok-bokki was extremely bad. We've had this dish before from other restaurants, and the rice cakes have a very weird texture in comparison to other times we've had it. It leaves a thick film in your mouth after you swallow and was really unpleasant. The restaurant itself is a small cafe in a residential part of town, kind of a weird location. I feel so bad because I'm not a picky eater, I love trying new restaurants and different types of cuisine, this just was really disappointing.

The service and prices are the highlights of this place. Love the host and it was a great experience with her, always. Beef Bibimbab is great with the medium specify source. So was the Teriyaki Chicken. Which is sweet and we'll balanced. I had Ra-Bo-Ki (Spicy Rice Cake with Ramen Noodles) the other day and it was fine. Maybe I'm not a fan of Rice cake. All in all, a great experience.Parking: Parking lot next to the Restaurant
