The steaks were overdone and no plain steak except New York strip on the menu. I paid less and had a better steak at Texas Roadhouse. Appetizers were sub par. The service was excellent however.
Was a regular customer for many years. Will never go back.
My husband and I both ordered one of the sandwiches and were told by Alexis, the bartender that the sandwiches included fries which we didn't want. She then told us we could substitute a salad and listed the salads one of which was a Ceasar salad. We both opted for the Ceasar salad. When the bill came, included was a charge for 2 Ceasar salads. Since when does "included" mean an extra charge? In addition my husband was served a very burnt looking breaded pork tenderloin which he asked to be replaced and the replacement was just as burnt as the first (I question whether it was replaced at all). My Brisket sandwich was mediocre at best. The only enjoyable part about our meal experience was the beer.
Our server was excellent! Great recommendations Salmon sandwich outstanding blackened just right! Blue burger excellent cooked perfect medium and delicious!!! Thanks for your commitment to quality food! Beers were delicious as well!
We stopped in for an after dinner beer. The beers were good. Our friend had the raspberry sour and it was really sour. If you like sours you will like this one.
Came to the brew pup expecting a Cheers like atmosphere. Found that it was propped up entirely by past reputation. Covid-19 caused many great businesses to fail. Perhaps this is just a short term issue. The staff seems friendly -but is insensitive and petty when you don't understand the juvenile games children play. The Mug Club-- does not exist. Unless you were grandfathered in years ago. 'Oh yeah-- we don't rally 'do' that anymore' -- the food -? MEH. It has ample space. A great location and a past history that was quite remarkable. For a better experience go to Switchyard. They are awesome!
Wait was fantastic and food was really good. Large menu of house brews. Lots of interesting takes on different beers. Sampled one of everything. ? Have had maybe a better beer menu at Aiken Brewing Company in Aiken, SC, but this was fun and diverse. No hesitation in recommending. Plus, Wait was fantastic. Yes, I know that I said that twice.
Had lunch with family while wishing it was warmer so we could enjoy the large patio seating outside. We each had a burger and recommend the Beer Cheese burger and Bad Elmer’s porter. We found the menu to not be what was avaialble on Trip Advisor which is unfortunate as several unique dishes have been removed. Anxious to return for outside dinning.
Beer and a turkey sandwich and a salad. All good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
Arrived in Bloomington Friday night and decided to give Upland a try, we like their beer and wanted to go to the actual brewery. The chili was excellent, the pork skins were excellent, and so were the fish and chips and the Reuben. The server was excellent.

Nice food menu paired with a solid tap list. The majority of their tap list is fruited sours, which they are well known for. 2 IPAs, 1 Porter, no stouts. Several fruited sours and goses. The Galapagose (lime and coconut) pairs well with the Cuban sandwich.
We were staying at a VRBO right around the corner so we popped in for a late lunch. Service was just fine. Plenty of meal choices to please anyone - they even have many vegetarian and vegan options. The pretzel appetizer was outstanding and I wish they bottled that beer cheese and the mustard! My Cuban was also absolutely delicious. Hubs got the salmon BLT and his wasn’t as great as mine - fish was about half the size of the bun and it wasn’t cheap. I got the seltzer which absolutely screamed “I’m a sour” - I drank it all because it was refreshing but it wasn’t a normal seltzer. Would certainly go back.
Drinks were decent, service wasn't as good as expected. They were fairly busy. This review is for the Jeffersonville, Indiana location. We will probably return.
Despite having a great ambiance, good location, and some pretty tasty beer, this place was a let down. The food is just not good - my chicken sandwich was literally the worst I've ever had. Save your money and get some Chick-fil-A.
Great food!! Awesome service!! Highly recommended. D.J is a great server.
