I got a croissant with cheese, egg and bacon. Really good. The minicinnis are also good. I got hot chocolate and was very disappointed with it. Thin and hardly any chocolate flavor. I expected rich, chocolaely flavor and thicker. A mix
is better than this that you buy at the grocery.

High-quality, delicious food that I can order ahead and walk to pick up in my neighborhood without driving a car. The Cappuccino with whole milk and Caramel syrup was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Love this place!

Their customer service needs a lot of work. Every time I order online there is a problem. It's either not ready after the 20-30 minute window it gives, the order is wrong, or they claim to not have gotten the order at all. One time I asked when I got there if they received the order. She said yes without even checking. Another 10 minutes of waiting later, I found out they actually did not get the order so I had to wait even longer to get the order. On busy school mornings this is a problem and has resulted in my daughter not getting breakfast. This has happened so many times so we are done with Verona now. The front staff is also not welcoming or friendly. Welcoming guests is really easy and super important for business.

Absolutely love this place! Favorite coffee shop in town for a reason. We are frequent visitors and never have a problem with quality or service. Prices are very decent and the staff is so friendly. Their menu is huge and yet everything is made so well! Love the variety of options for food and drinks. We go here when we have our Sunday coffee dates, and on other days where we want something else. Love this place so much, and hope they stay around for a long time! Not to mention, their shop is also such a vibe.

Not good. The workers did not acknowledge me when I walked in, they took these kids orders before me even though I stood there 5 minutes before they even got there.

I was interested in one of the cups there but wasn't sure how it worked and don't want to purchase it without knowing. The workers didn't know about their products or how they worked. Didn't offer to help me find out either. They did not want to serve me for some reason acted bothered that I was there and the coffee wasn't great either. I was from out of town and we drove out of the way to try this place. I was highly disappointed!

Closest thing to Aussie coffee that you can get in this part of the world! Friendly staff and cozy ambience complete with calm jazz music; it really sets the tone of the place! Their flavoured coffee delivers the right amount of sweetness and flavour without overpowering the tasting notes of the coffee. Light bites like sandwiches and soup are available during lunch. Sad that I only discovered this during my last year in college! A welcome change from Soma :))

This coffee shop is located south of downtown but is reachable via the number 5 bus that goes to Sare Road! Bus comes hourly.

Verona is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in Bloomington. Their specialty coffees are amazing, and the biscuits & gravy and croissant breakfast sandwiches are absolutely to die for. It’s my go-to spot for a cozy morning. The only downside is the lunch menu—portions are small, prices are high, and the flavors don’t quite match the quality of their breakfast. Still, I’ll keep coming back for the coffee and breakfast favorites!

Wow, this was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had! I don't remember the exact name but it had a honey cold foam and the espresso quality was top notch. Service was excellent, as well
