Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. Would be 5 stars except for the difficulty in entering for individuals with disabilities. The physical accessibility leaves something to be desired. Stairs where ramps could easily be and the accessible parking is on the opposite side of the building. For new construction, this is concerning on the part of the architect and raises ADA questions.

I get Verona Coffee at LEAST once a week. It’s one of my favorite local coffee places in Bloomington! The atmosphere inside and outside is very pretty and well decorated. Once there was a slight mishap in which I was unable to receive my mobile order, but the manager Emma was great at refunding my order/getting my order to me appropriately. Great staff, yummy food, & amazing coffee!

Coffee is very bitter. I would give Verona a higher rating but it takes forever for them to make breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast items are very good but I have stopped going here because it takes way too long to get the food.

Stopped by on our way home, and what a great coffee shop. Scones were moist and very delicious. Coffee flavors were also great. Definitely on our "do it again" list.

An excellent place, with amazing coffee! The only thing that would make this coffee shop perfect would be a better organized process for getting their drinks and food items out. Over my last three visits it has averaged almost 15 minutes for an order containing prepackaged goods and cold brew. This may sound nitpicky, but for an order that can be poured and handed to you it is rather long. To be clear the barista herself was excellent, but having to run cashier and make all the drinks she could only do so much.

Everything I get here is so good, the drinks are phenomenal. The staff is always so kind—
I really love the chocolate covered strawberry latte and watermelon berry lemonade. I really liked the Eclipse special drinks too. YUM. Thanks for being a local comfort place
