Ok here's the GIG. As a home town Hoosier here I've tried just about everything and every diner I can. I live here. Gotta try everything you know!

So many restaurants here in Bloomington and abroad are very good. Some are not. This place is no exception! It actually goes above and beyond "traditional" in terms of taste, quality of food, and home town service.

The food here is Grade A. Fresh. From their greens to their meats. They got a connection or something. I've been here now twice and both times off the chain excellent!

I heard their steak burgers are one of the best you will ever try. I tried it today. They were correct. That was an amazing burger! This place is a hidden gem for good food! Your taste buds won't regret it. I'll be back!

We had a group of 5 and all of us loved the food and coffee. We got the hot oatmeal breakfast, hash brown casserole, omelet, Belgium waffles, biscuits and gravy with eggs and toast.

We ordered fresh squeezed orange juice because the front of the menu says they pride themselves on it…. Waitress said she’s never heard of them having it so she went to check and said it’s actually just from a jug. So we ordered milk instead. Got our food and nearly finished it and she came back and said she’s bringing the milk. We said no, we don’t even want it anymore because we’re done with the food now. Bacon was absolutely delicious as were the pancakes, they tasted very hearty. Country omelette was good and the gravy on top went well with it! The biscuits and gravy were cold and the “huge” biscuits were not huge.

They treat their employees very poorly. We will avoid this restaurant and spend our money at a places that treat their employees fairly.

If your ever in Ellettsville and want an amazing steak burger this is the place to go! Our burgers were seasoned and cooked perfectly and the sidewinder fries were tasty as well. Would highly recommend eating here. 10 out of 10!

I used to know what a order of biscuits and gravy entailed. Every place I have ever eaten at a full order is two biscuits and a half order is on biscuit. Not a half order is half a biscuit and a full order a single biscuit.

Very good classic American diner food with a smattering of southwest options. Probably the best hash browns I’ve ever had. Prices are reasonable and they have a drive-thru. What’s not to love?

Decent food, service, and speed for how busy they were. My only gripe is I was billed more than the menu states.. I am not sure if that is because their menu is out of date (items have things marked out and written with new prices). The price was /fine/ but it should be correct on the menu as some people may be on a budget.

Very good food with a very diverse menu. They have a unique style of French fry, can’t remember what it’s called but it’s different and pretty good for a change of pace. Nice staff, very glad this place is around for a good meal.
