I ordered my Wendy’s on the DoorDash app for pickup. I drove there and tried to go inside but the lobby doors was locked. I had no choice to walk through the drive through because my drivers side window doesn’t roll down. And my door doesn't open from the inside because I hit a deer. I tried to talk to them through the speaker but I had no response even though there was a car at the window. I waited until the car was gone and went up to the window and knocked. A lady who was inside yelled “someone’s knocking on the window” with attitude. Then another lady walked up and yelled “I don’t do walk ups”. I proceeded to explain to her why I was at the window and she would not let me speak, and mind you she still hasn't opened the window. So we’re having a whole conversation with the window closed. She continues being rude and raising her voice when I kept trying to explain. She finally opens the window still going back and fourth with me and finally tells me to wait at the door and she would give me my food. I’m thankful I got my food but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. This happened November 17th at 11:30.

Businesses that have locks on the outside of their public bathrooms are trash and don't deserve anyone's business! I won't be giving this place my business going forward and the same goes for any location that does the same.

Couldn't even get acknowledged when I came in. Was 100% ignored. I'll either have to buy food at work that I don't like and is expensive, or not eat. Thanks for nothing, Wendy's.

I never write reviews it always make me feel petty, but I feel this is pretty warranted. I’ve never seen such a quality drop from one Wendy’s to another…
My first experience at the B-Line Wendy’s. Was first in line, 1 drink 1 burger, and ended up having to wait extra, while customers behind me didn’t have to. Not a big deal. I’ve never worked at a Wendy’s, but as a food/retail manager of 4 years, I wouldn’t have expected a small order to take as long as it ended up taking.
Upon receiving my order, everything was wrong. Even the drink was wrong, and the burger was quite literally grey.
If you want Wendy’s, drive an extra 5mins to the College Mall one. It’s 100% worth the extra drive🙏.

To the franchise owner and corporate, if you’re going to charge $20 for a meal with nugs, make sure it’s hot. And to corporate, fire everyone in your marketing department. There hasn’t been a good specialty item since the baconator.

Went in since I had a deal on the mobile app, but I was struggling to navigate it. Thankfully Nicky (I believe that was her name) was incredibly helpful and patient with helping me. Turned a stressful experience into a great one!!

Horrible Custer service

As always it’s never open on time whenever I come to pick up my online order. Another customer had to knock on the drive thru window while a vehicle was there. As soon as they unlocked the store the woman slammed and locked the door in my face and said they are not servicing anyone until the cashier is clocked in.

Has opened the lobby late for an entire week. I literally have to go to the drive thru and bang on the window then I guess their mad so they make your food slow although it’s them being unprofessional
