Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found a hair in my fries, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to apologize. Even worse, they refused to throw away the contaminated food. This is a complete disregard for hygiene and customer safety. Disgusting and unprofessional

I know it’s silly to leave a review about a fast food place but I’ve gone here like 5 times and everytime the food is hot and I never have to wait so thank you, I know y’all don’t get paid enough

Wendy's claims to make their burgers fresh and to order. Their burgers maybe be never frozen, but only Carvers and 5 Guys makes their burgers to order. No heat lamps included.

I hadn't had a Big Bacon Classic since they very first came out it brought back a great childhood memory and I came here they were fast courteous and friendly not to mention the burger was on point 👌 just like I remember... but the bun was different no big deal still delicious thanks to Ricky and Poifi Ethan David and Eric need a raise
