This Wendy's location routinely messes up orders, either leaving out items entirely or delivering the wrong item. I was there today and ordered a baconator only to receive a Dave's single.

I go to this Wendy's occasionally on the weekend . Rarely do they get my order right and usually have to repeat my order back to them . If you must go to this one i suggest not using the drive through . I would recommend the Wendy's next to the mall , I go to this one 5 times a week and never worry about a wrong order.

DOES NOT use gloves when fixing fries. On multiple days I’ve witness them fix fries and hold the fixed fry cups with their fingers inside touching the food. It’s absolutely disgusting. Out of all the staff only one person had on gloves and she was the one preparing chili.

My Hamburger in my chilli is the size of almost a half hamburger. Did break up the meet. And large now looks like small

This Wendy's gets your food out fairly quick. I just think in general that Wendy's is lacking in menu choices. The classics are good however they are lacking in choices. Also I remember their sandwiches being bigger. Yet we're paying more for sandwiches.
I want to congratulate Amanda who was a great person when she helped me. Her attention was spectacular and she was very kind. They really have great staff in this store. Congratulations.

Had to recent experiences, both were bad. First, I went in the morning and they were apparently excepting some paving to be done that didn’t occur. As a result, they had no staff. I don’t blame them for that, but they didn’t put any signs up or update their hours, so there was a line of cars at the drive thru and it took 20ish minutes to figure out that they weren’t open even though a manager was on site.
Then, I ordered a carry out through the mobile app and sent my partner to get it. He disnt know exactly what I ordered, but when they handed him the food he thought it was odd there were no drinks. They corrected and gave him our drinks. He got home, and I realized they also forgot fries. They forgot to give us HALF of our items. 0/10 don’t recommend

I’ve had to walk out three times because they would ignore customers in the store. There was one employee who flat out ignored me and even if there was a language barrier he could’ve went to his supervisor for help. Honestly I won’t revisit due to the low customer service. The bathrooms are god awful as well. Made me feel dirty to even eat there.

Never again will I order through the mobile app. Was given the wrong food. Had to come back to find out they don't even have items I ordered in stock. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring my food out to my car the first time. Then had to wait another 7 minutes the second time around. The thing is, I payed for those items I couldn't receive. And since I used the app, I can't get a refund. It's all nonsense. So now by the time I get home, my food that as right will be cold. Do better Wendy's. This location used to be so much better.
