Wendy’s used to have the best ice tea of the fast food franchises. But the last 3 times I ordered it, it was so weak you may as well as get water because that’s what it tasted like. Complaining did no good-they just looked at me & said nothing. Won’t be going there anymore-this was at the south side

Southside location. Too often the food is overcooked or seems like it’s been sitting out my biscuits and McMuffins end up dry instead of fresh. The cashiers also come across unfriendly, which makes it feel like just a transaction instead of real service

hii honest opinion on this store specifically dont come here its just as bad as the wendys downtown i witnessed the blonde lady the manager being unfair to one of her employees and when i got my food it was cold and hard i had to ask for fresh fries the customer service was just as bad no friendly hellos no goodbyes just heres your food there are also dirty trays not fully cleaned with residue the tables are not always clean and if you take a look in their work stations its not very clean DOESNT WEAR GLOVES WHEN WORKING WITH FRIES … i come here almost 3 times a week and its always the same bad customer service and food always cold its the closest wendys to my job so i come here on break and they disappoint everytime. WENDYS PLEASE DO BETTER OR GET A NEW GENERAL MANAGER WHO CAN DO HER JOB RIGHT AND HIRE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES !!

I was dining in today and a lady overdosed in the bathroom the staff was so quick to call 911 and help. One worker had narcan in her car she ran so fast to grab it and administer this life saving medicine to the person. She is very much a hero. I'm very proud of how urgent and quickly she hopped into action to help. 10/10 that woman employee deserves a huge bonus! The woman's life was saved thanks to that amazing employee!!!!
