I ordered a pizza shortly before 6, and it's now close to 10, and still no pizza. I tried calling the store to find out what's going on, but after 5 rings, the phone just disconnects.

It sucked. I stood for five minutes directly in front of they staff while they had a conversation about a coworkers manerizims. Then they noticed me. I ordered 12 wings and a water for twenty bucks. Took 30 minutes to get 11. The guy delivered a to go bowl to my dine in table. 0 siverware or napkins. I asked for all and he kind of forest gumped his way around behind the counter. Not really worried about a missing wing. They were not good and i could not finish them anyway.

I am only giving this Pizza Hut 4 stars because the manager personally made things right. Placed a pre-order for a large pizza shortly before they opened. According to the delivery tracker they did not even start making the pizza until 10 minutes before the projected delivery time (45min). After an hour of waiting I called them to ask where the food was at and whoever answered said it wasn't even out for delivery yet. I called again at an 1hr 20 minutes After the order was placed and the person who answered the phone was the manager. I spoke to him about the situation and he politely told me that he would deliver my pizza himself and that it would be no charge.

The pizza was great, and the service was as well. We walked in to order to go. The young woman working the front counter brought the pizza to our car as soon as it done. I will be glad when the dinning room opens again so we can enjoy an ice cold draft beer again.

I ordered two 20 oz Sierra Mist with my pizza, by the time I noticed the pizza guy was gone. So I called Pizza Hut, I was told they can have the driver bring them to me or have them credited to my account. I told them I’d like my drinks because I barley ever eat Pizza Hut since I live out of bloomington. I NEVER GOT MY DRINKS! It’s no biggy, they were like $2 each but still what the hell Pizza Hut! Y’all suck

Ordered a pizza, waited forever before finally calling and asking how long it would be... was told it was going to be another hour and a half, maybe two hours before it got to me... You'd think they'd have the common courtesy to call people and let them know it would be a 3 hour wait. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. This place is a joke, and has been for awhile now!
They just screwed up my order 3 different ways. Pizza #1 was missing extra cheese and an entire topping I had ordered extra of(and payed for). Pizza #2 was missing crust flavor. On top of all that, it was out for delivery(according to their tracking) for close to 45 minutes and was half cold by the time it got here. At least they remembered all the dipping sauces I ordered. This isn't first time I've had problems with this store.

Worst experience ever. I have noticed this location getting less busy. Now I know why. They messed my order up 3 times and couldn't even apologize. After the third time I gave them there pizza back and asked for a refund. The manager is rude and lazy. Never again will I go here I'll stick to papa John's.

Gas station pizza. Actually, that would be a compliment since I've had better gas station pizza than this. This pizza was awful. NOT the way I remember Pizza Hut pizza to be. I got a hand tossed pizza and it was what I would expect a thin crust pizza to be. In addition to this, there was hardly any sauce on this although I got regular sauce, just making it seem like I was biting into cardboard with some cheese on it. I also got some of the Mini Cinnabons and they were raw in the middle. Easily needed to be baked another 5 minutes. Overall, super disappointed with this Pizza Hut. Will not be going back.

Stay away. Went to pick up pizza when told it'd be ready. After I paid with bank card and waited 40 minutes they said they hadn't made the pizza yet. I asked to void my credit card and I'd just leave. Was told they couldn't do that and someone from Bedford would come down to issue the refund. WTF??!! 1 star cause review requires it.
