Recived burnt food and the guy taking the orders was very rude to everyone. He threw a customer's sauce into there bag when he they requested a sauce. The bag was in the customer's hand. He attempted to say the food was crispy yet it was burnt not able to have the ability for a fork to be used to eat it, this was the majority of the shrimp and chicken not just a couple of pieces. Had a very rude, hurry up order,get your stuff and go adattude. Treatedeveryone as if just people ordering annoyed him.

My recent visit to "Z & C" was nothing short of a culinary disaster, a total collapse of any semblance of edible cuisine. If there was a way to award negative stars, this establishment would be plummeting into the depths of rating oblivion. From the moment the so-called "food" was haphazardly slapped onto my plate, I knew I was in for a gastronomic ordeal. The meal, if one could even call it that, looked like it had been prepared with the sole intention of defying every known culinary principle. The meat - an unidentifiable grey mass - was so undercooked, it was practically a candidate for a veterinary health check. The vegetables, limp and lifeless, looked as if they had given up the will to exist, mirroring my dwindling appetite. Each bite was a gamble, a risky venture between unpalatable and potentially hazardous. The flavors were an unholy alliance of blandness and despair, with a hint of what I can only describe as culinary malpractice. The aftermath of this meal was a saga of its own. My body rebelled in ways I didn't think possible. I oscillated between being violently ill and fervently wishing I could erase this meal from my memory - and digestive history. It was a physical and emotional ordeal, leaving me to question every life choice that led me to "Z & C." In conclusion, "Z & C" isn't just a restaurant that missed the mark; it's a black hole where good taste and decent cooking go to die. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. In fact, I would actively campaign for its inclusion in culinary textbooks as a warning to future generations of what not to do in a kitchen. Overall Rating: 0/5 (If only zero were low enough)

Can beat the quantity for the price for late night/early morning meal after a night out. Staff is friendly. There really isn't a specific atmosphere and at 2 a.m. that's okay.

I stopped for a break while Ubering drunk people around... Thought... "Let's give Z&C a shot"... I paid extra for extra veggies and spicy mayo... Asked them to hold some of the rice because I didn't want it all... This seemed to cause alot of confusion for some reason.Why don't they allow us to keep a receipt??? And why did they charge me $10.08 when the receipt says my total is $9.77???Open the container... It's hefty with rice... I don't see any extra veggies... The mayo is barely half a side up full and... Worst of all... The chicken is literally scorched black on one side and tastes like charcoal...I debated... I'm an adult... I'm sober... Welp... Seems I need to post this to warn away the sober adults from this disappointment in the future.Staff at Z&C -- Please be aware that not everyone who attempts to eat at your restaurant is too drunk or young to not have reasonable standards. Thanks!

I would say that that teriyaki Chicken Teriyaki Combo Was without a doubt, the worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had in my life. It was so burnt and crunchy that I could barely even chew it. Teriyaki is wonderful and generous. Sushi is as good as you get in Bloomington, which isn't a high bar. Potstickers are closest to authentic I have found around here, but only comes with soy sauce for delivery. We order regularly via DoorDash though they seem not to be delivering lately which is frustrating.
