went threw the drive thru to get a Heath CARMEL brownie cupfection and bearly got any ice cream in it and no Carmel what so ever in it and all chocolate sauce I spent $7 on this for a thing that looked like poop in a cup
Ordered a small Oreo blizzard - it was ridiculously expensive, and inch below the rim of the cup and absolutely NO Oreos in the bottom half. For what you pay, this place is a joke.
special ordered a bottom PINK border cake customized with top border blue and purple writing, ended up with an all blue cake for a girls birthday. 😒 it honestly can't be that hard to follow custom cake orders especially if the main cake design shown on website says PINK. manager wouldn't refund, but wanted me to come back and give me a small cake for free instead of just refunding the incorrect cake ordered. worst customer service ever and I don't recommend ordering a cake...read full review
