The Hoosier House Reviews
Great waitresses and waiters , nice interior , but the kitchen is horrifically
Slow then they want to bring parts of your meal and not the whole meal together , kitchen needs to do better they’re ruining a great restaurant and stressing out the wait staff and killing their tips, definitely will not be back !
Wow! What an incredible experience. I think the waitress’ name was Giselle, and she was attentive and made sure our entire party was taken care of. The selection of food is wonderful. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, they have whatever you crave. Always have delicious specials. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Phenomenal service and wonderful food! I’ll definitely be back soon. I had the broasted chicken 4 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy with garlic toast and salad bar. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hoosier House offers classic American breakfast and dinner-style food in a nostalgic, albeit worn, setting. Portions are sizeable and prices are reasonable. The "Train Wreck" dish, featuring fried potatoes, eggs, and sausage gravy, remains a popular highlight. The pancakes are a standout, often praised for their size and delicious taste. Families can expect a welcoming atmosphere, with large groups seated promptly and served efficiently. The Mexican Skillet, with its flavorful mix of ingredients, is a highly recommended breakfast choice. While the kitchen may take a little longer to serve food, the quality and care put into each dish make the wait worthwhile. Service is warm and attentive, and the overall experience is hearty, flavorful, and family-friendly. Visitors often leave satisfied, eager to return for another meal.
