My salad was tiny. My husbands meatball sub was literally cold like refrigerator cold. We got auntie Anne's pretzels and they were nothing at all like Auntie Anne's pretzels. They were super dry, had no butter on them at all. Now my husband is sick with what appears to be food poisoning.

Only problems I have with this place is the food and cleanliness. Every time I come here to eat every sandwich tastes off. I believe they're not rotating the food correctly. Especially the veggies and meats. Cleanliness of the place is mediocre. Whenever I stay to eat in the store, the tables are (to be blunt) filthy. Employees are always nice with me though. There’s just something wrong with the food.

When I walked in I felt I was rushed to order and that they didn't give me enough time to look at the menu and then I was snapped at by the person that was working behind the counter. Also for some reason they have the meat covered which is very suspicious and I couldn't see the meat that they were putting on my sandwich. Also nobody had cleaned the lobby or anything so just a horrible experience. Stay away.

I went in there to get my normal spicy Italian bmt but he talked me in to the boss and wow it was really good. Great upsale young man and excellent craftsmanship on my sub.
