“Grabbed some food to go for dinner the other day. First time at Carr’s. Really nice place. Brand new. Very clean. Quick service. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs with a side of slaw. Meat is very good. Wasn’t crazy about the sauce but they put it on the side. A little too spicy and vinegary for me. Personal taste. The bark with the pork is killer. Thought the brisket looked a bit over done but it was tender and juicy. Ribs nicely cooked. Tender and flavorful. Recommended.”

“This place deserves more good reviews!This was a favorite family hangout spot a while ago and I’m always very excited to visit again. The waits can be long at times since they share a kitchen with the neighboring restaurant, but as long as you have good company, you’ll never notice!”

“We came and didn’t know what to expect. I had the fillet and John had the 20 oz. Ribeye. And they were melt in your mouth awesome. The salad bar is well stocked and has a wide assortment. The service was great and A big thank you goes to Rick for that. We will be back.”
