“This gas station is great! They served great krunchy krispy chicken and the owner is so nice. My husband is teasing me that my favorite fried chicken is in the gas station but seriously I love their chicken. If you make an order on line they make sure that it’s really fresh cooked when you pick it up. I don’t even want to buy any fried chicken somewhere else anymore now I know that there is this krunchy krispy chicken near me.”

“We stopped by for the first time and had breakfast. Our server was delightful and went above and beyond.The food was very good with generous portions. We also bought some baked goods to take home and they were all very delicious, especially the long johns. We will definitely be back soon.”

“We live locally and finally had a chance to check out the new restaurant. We were seated immediately.
Our waitress was very friendly and checked with us often.
Two of us got burgers, one fish, and one Reuben. He said the Reuben was amazing! My daughter's burger had no complaints. She also got the crispy Brussels sprouts and loved them. My husband ordered the fish, which he really enjoyed as well. From seeing other reviews of the fish, his was quite small. My burger was juicy and had plenty of toppings. There were plenty of fries on mine and my husband's plates, and the onion rings with the Reuben were huge!
As others have stated, there was a lengthy wait for our appetizers and our main meals. We were informed that one of the kitchen staff just walked out. It happens. We didn't mind waiting after that.
Overall we liked the atmosphere, and everyone who we came in contact with was very nice and friendly. We will certainly return.”

“I hope anyone seeing this knows you HAVE to visit this place if you live in Indiana. Food is actually amazing! BEST CRAB RANGOON I HAVE EVER TASTED. Workers are super kind and nice. Food is always fresh and hot. Orange chicken is incredible. The fried chicken coating is simply juicy and tender. 10/10. Must have if you need some quick, cheap, and yummy food.”

“I had beef rib and it was cooked & seasoned perfectly. Husband had amazing catfish... it was real catfish, not that swai fish that places serve. The sides & peach cobbler were wonderful! Everyone there was so friendly & helpful. We haven't found soul food like this in a long time. We will be back.”

“We had reservations for Valentines Day and were seated immediately. Our sever was Stacy and she was kind, and quick. The food was unbelievably delicious and the trip as a whole was perfect. Wish we wouldn’t have waited so long to try it out. Can’t wait to come back.”

Bun was crisp and then soft in texture and buttery in flavor. Fresh greens made a good addition to the outside patio picnic experience. Easy to walk into and out of with modern lines, clean restrooms and farm booth styled counter. Definitely returning with friends and family!”
