“Our car broke down nearby and my daughter and I where stranded along with two puppies for several hours… the owner of Coffee Crossing let us stay there till help arrived, gave us free drinks (a well needed coffee for myself and a smoothie for my daughter) and had someone being out a water bowl and dog treats for our pups… I was blown away and so thankful for the kindness that was shown to us. Thank you all so much!! I will forever be grateful… I will definitely have to visit again sometime under better circumstances haha.”

“We stopped at the 1st one driving into Indiana from Kentucky on I-65 on our way home from a wedding weekend. All the Starbucks are very consistent on their quality, and this was no exception. What was exceptional was the barista was very accommodating. I have a torn meniscus in my knee, so I have to use a crutch to pamper it when I walk. After Imy 3 coffees to go we're ready, she put them in a carrier and said she'd put 2 carriers together to give it more strength so I didn't spill any and asked if she could carry it to the car for me. She went out of the way to make our afternoon coffee even more special. I didn't catch her name, but this is a shout out to her for her help.”
