Placed my order online used the bogo1 coupon ordered the cold cut foot long and the subway club both sandwiches were not right at all. We order from here about once a week and after getting this order I may not return to this location. The kids in the evenings don't give a crap about sandwich quality. I want my order refunded or a credit for 2 free sandwiches. I normally don't complain about my food but when my lettuce is brown the tomatoes are very small from being in the bottom no mayo no black olives when I asked for extra on both sandwichesand no green peppers this is very unacceptable. Do better Bourbon subway.

Every time I come to this location I leave satisfied. I've been under the weather so I've actually ordered twice this week, and both times have been the best I've ever had. Came in for pickup tonight, Oct 23 425 pm and whoever the lady in the subway head wrap is that's making sandwiches is a literal sunshine. 10/10 queen 👑

Went in to get get a sandwich and while the worker was making my sandwich he kept touching his ears then something came out of his mouth and landed on my sandwich and he proceeded to put it in the oven so I walked out. Would not recommend

Nobody Even started my order until about 830, The employees took 25 mins making someone else's sandwich because all they wanted to do was talk. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the time it takes to actually get the food. They need to have supervision.

I just moved to bourbon and wanted subway Zac was really kind and and had great customer service. The bread was fresh, the veggies and he toasted it to Perfection. I came on Sunday 11/10/2024 I definitely will be back coming back for it the service is that great every time. One of the few times I say someone deserves a raise.

always order on the app and give them the time they give me and always wait until the app says my order's ready to go in, the last 4/5 times i've done this my order was wrong or i had to wait additional time for them to make my order while i'm in the restaurant and the app says it's already done, not going

We went into Subway in Bourbon today at 10:45 to get 3 footloose to go when the lady came from the back she said the only bread they had was wraps or flat, what is going on when Cathy was there bread was prepped and ready to go it was only around 45 minutes until they started getting hit for lunch and no BREAD!!, it getting bad.

I was so disappointed today normally this is a very good location to get a Subway sandwich. There was a new face in there today named Cloe. Immediately when we walked in the door you could tell she was disappointed by the look on her face. We got up there and she was very rude giving Stern looks. Before we were finished with our order she tried calling up the next person. I had to stop them, and once again I received the stern dirty look. There were children present otherwise I would have straightened things out immediately, right there. This is not the normal type of service that I get when going to this Subway. I drive out of the way to go.I truly believe that she will cause this subway to lose business
