I had a very disappointing experience at Family table . Getting a mozzarella mushroom burger, The food had an unpleasant look and smell, so I chose not to eat it. The situation escalated when a fat pig head , claiming to be a police officer, intervened and insisted that I pay for the meal, even though I did not eat it. Additionally, the waitress provided very poor service and was quite rude. A family member that frequently goes to the restaurant has a food allergy and asked to have the meat put on another plate to give to his son or wife. Something they have done many times before. They server and manager both said they were not allowed to put the bacon on a different plate. Not a big ask but they adamantly said they couldn't do it, it's against their policy.

Food was good. Service was terrible. A couple parts of our order never came. My husband and I never received our pancakes. After we finished with the food we did receive, I told them we would just take our pancakes to go. Waitress claimed she didn't hear that part of our order. I asked for a bit of milk for my coffee during our drink order. That never came either. What we did get was pretty good.
