The kid at the drive thru was rude. Didn’t get any gravy with my chicken basket. I had about 5 fries in my basket. The one in Rochester is way better. I will not be back to this location again!

Whoever worked the window had no idea how to make a Sunday. Christmas next week and you have no egg nog shakes or pepermin

Not sure what happened with this Dq, but sadly I nor my family will never come here again. On 11-25-25 around 6:20pm we stop in and ordered three 4pc chicken strip baskets and a milkshake. We found a seat and they brought out 1 chicken strip basket, the gravy was like water. I took it back and asked if I could get another gravy this one is like water and they looked at it. I said if all of your gravy is like that never mind I dont need it. Young lady in the back said wait until I get done cooking this burger I have to thinking the gravy up. I said I don't want anything special just your normal gravy. They said they would bring it out with the food. 20 minutes later still no food so we go to counter and ask about our food and they said they was waiting to bring it out they was working on the gravy. At this moment a young boy was eating a French fri out of another box of someone chicken strip basket. We got are food and the gravy was yellow and are food was cold because it sat there for 20 minutes. Then pizza hut driver pulled up and brought a pizza in for the young girl that was working on the gravy. The owners need to sadly re due the management of this establishment because the young kids working that night had no clue of normal corporate standards of their establishment.

Very young and immature staff working in the evenings. The management really needs to step up the training that involves staff communication and ability to follow meal orders properly. We won’t be going back so whether these issues get resolved or not doesn’t bother me. Just feel like management should know they should do better with the hiring/training process.

This food was fantastic!!! Drove to Bremen from Elkhart for some work. Not alot of options for food here. Walked in and was greeted by the workers, very nice and very quick to acknowledge my presence. They helped me decide which blizzard to get and suggested the southwest bacon burger. Everything came out quick, hot, and so yummy. Definitely will be back next month.

Proceeded to call the cops on me because I told him he charged me the wrong amount and tried having a conversation with him and he was rude in the drive-through so I parked my car to let him get his line through to have a conversation calmly with him inside and just called the cops on me so I told him it’s crazy. He’s afraid of a 5 foot two woman who is 90 pounds and proceeded to leave

I went through the DQ drive through this evening in Bremen Indiana. I ordered 2 blizzards. I asked the boy at the DT window to put my blizzards on a bag. He said he doesn’t put them in a bag and handed me a bag. He said something stupid about having to sleep at night. Then the girl who made my blizzards came to the window and started to hand me 2 blizzards and I asked for a lid. She rolled her eyes at me and then went and put lids on the blizzards. She came back to window and handed them to me. I asked her why it seemed to be a big deal to ask for a bag and lids. She said I thought you might want to eat the blizzard right away. I said I needed to take them Home and that is why I had asked for a lid and bag. I said I thought DQ in Bremen was a hometown DQ but it seems to me like this would have been the type of service I would have gotten from a DQ in South Bend. I told the girl I was not at all impressed by the lack of hometown customer service. In reading some of the other google reviews I feel that this DQ is going down hill. I most likely will not be visiting this restaurant any time in the near future. Bremen DQ you can do better than this.

I am very disappointed in the Bremen Dairy Queen location this evening. Typically, we have great service there but whoever was working tonight about 15 minutes ago couldn’t give me the dirt pie blizzard because I didn’t use a “mobile order”. Even though it can still be made and they most likely had the items to make it. It didn’t matter the wait, that’s what I wanted and they unfortunately couldn’t deliver because it wasn’t a “mobile order”. Even though other DQ’s in the area have made it on the spot. My fries were also hard. The rest of the food seems fine and normally customer service here is good. But unfortunately tonight it was unsatisfactory. Do better DQ!! Spent enough money for it tonight.

French Fries cool and mushy. Cheese burger was alright. Requested a cheese burger meal. Was surprised they didn’t ask what kind of Sunday. Got up to pay and then asked about the deal. Was told it was cheaper and came with ice cream. Then she told me I guess you will know for next time. I worked in customer service for years and I always offered the the customer our best deal for what they wanted. Was disappointed and won’t go back. I don’t recommend

Did my order online because I thought it would be faster. Got to dairy queen and there was a line which was no big deal but it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. It shouldn't take that long for fast food.

Went through drive thru young man was very rude and disrespectful ended up leaving cause he was such a jerk

Went there tonight at the drive up ordered food they didn't tell me the total till i got up to the window drove not even 10 min home and our food was cold and my food was not what i ordered.!!😡😡
