“I really want to leave four stars, but the food is delicious and the staff always friendly so I’m leaving five stars with a disclaimer. We have seen Amish patrons walk in and get seated immediately while other people have been waiting for a quite awhile. I guess that’s a minor annoyance considering the quality of the food and service.

The biscuits are arguably the best thing on the menu! Make sure you give them a try. Ask for one from the kitchen if you get the buffet because the ones on the buffet are not the delicious home made ones.”

“My wife and I tried the new Franky's of Bremen tonight for the first time since it was renovated and reopened under new management. It was slightly busy, but we also arrived 20 min before closing. We were seated and orders taken right away. Staff were all friendly and working efficiently. I ordered the beef fajitas dinner and my wife ordered the pozole soup. To drink, horchata (The real home-made horchata, not the one you buy at the store and mix with water!). The food arrived at the table super fast for what they cooked, within 7 or 8 min, and was hot off the stove. Serving sizes were healthy, so come hungry or take the rest home as leftovers. We finished with a Tres Leches cake (Three-milk cake, very moist and delicious) and a Mexican Fried ice cream (also excellent). They also have a short selection of alcoholic drinks including Mexican and domestic beers, and margaritas and possibly mimosas. Definitely recommend dining here!”

“This food was fantastic!!! Drove to Bremen from Elkhart for some work. Not alot of options for food here. Walked in and was greeted by the workers, very nice and very quick to acknowledge my presence. They helped me decide which blizzard to get and suggested the southwest bacon burger. Everything came out quick, hot, and so yummy. Definitely will be back next month.”

“My company ordered in lunch for us on Friday. Pizzas from Shortstop. Words can not adequately describe how good these pizzas were. Our area is really devoid of ANY good pizza. THIS is the pizza I've been looking for since we moved to the area years ago! I will be ordering regularly from this place. We also plan to go for dinner one day very soon. If the service is slow, we will be fine with it, as good help is VERY hard to find today. Learn to be patient with people doing their best under difficult circumstances.”

“Took my wife for breakfast today, Food was great, she had biscuits and gravy with eggs, she said it was great. I had ribeye steak and eggs, was cooked exactly the way i asked for. The steak was med. rare and you could almost cut it with just your fork,Very tender, The homemade bread and jam was awesome. We will be going back in the future”
