Bought the fish strip basket and the fries were so overdone and saturated in OLD OIL my parrots would not eat them. Called to talk to the manager and get a voice recording. Someone really needs to step up and help this place or close it down
Took 20 minutes to get out food. Fries were cold. Not busy. Employees screaming back and forth at each other in the back. Dining room is disgusting. Spoiled drink had a wet floor sign beside it and looked like it was there all day as the spill was drying. Seems like no manager on duty.
