Went here a few months ago ordered a French dip. It was cold and so was the dipping sauce. It was 30 mins before closing so I didn't get upset and just warmed it up at home. Decided to give them another chance yesterday. Order a beef and cheddar with a sweet tea. The sandwich tasted rotten and the sweet tea tasted like an ash tray! I had to pull over and throw up!

Was asked by someone to move forward to wait on my food, and the store is not even busy. Can’t believe they were acceptive to giving me my money back compared to a sale. All because I asked to sit at the window instead of pulling forward with no cars behind me

We went specifically for the fish sandwiches. After we ordered and paid they came to our table and said that they had no tartar sauce. If we had known that we would have ordered something else.

Went to drive thru just to get a drink 15 minutes before closing. No one would take my order so I went to the window. I saw one person peek around the corner to see if I was still there and hide. Ridiculous!!! ?

Disgusting, unedible food. Chicken nuggets tiny, cold and hard. Curly fries cold and gross. Sweet tea, awful. Huge waste of money. I want a refund! We are traveling so cant go back.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Staff was playing around while I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. I finally walk in get my food and they proceeded to play around and then I’m handed cold fries and sandwiches I had to throw away!!

The food is great however a lack of staff causes outrageous wait times. This location in particular is begging for new effective, customer friendly, attentive management. I speak from experience about the manager situation here. Lastly, Arby's corporate really needs to look into the disgusting conditions of the store, (bathrooms, floors, behind fryers, etc). Given that it's one of the new state-of-the-art locations, cleanliness should not even be an issue as most of the machinery cleans and cares for itself.
