Bought the fish strip basket and the fries were so overdone and saturated in OLD OIL my parrots would not eat them. Called to talk to the manager and get a voice recording. Someone really needs to step up and help this place or close it down
Went to Arby's in Brookville Indiana for lunch. Got three sandwiches, Steak Bites and fries. Food was good but we had to go out to the car and get napkins because there was none inside for the customers. Then my wife went to the restroom and she said it was nasty. So bad she didn't want to touch the door handle to open the door. Said she used her pinkie to open the door. Would be a nice place to have a clean restaurant.
We stopped at an Arby's in Brookville In. during a road trip from Fl. to Mi. and back again for a rest stop and....breakfast!!??
New to me,(only certain stores) but add it to another thing that they do well. The manager up front was gregarious and did not appear to mind me pumping him for information🤪, and complimenting the chain on the improvements they have made thru the years.
