We went specifically for the fish sandwiches. After we ordered and paid they came to our table and said that they had no tartar sauce. If we had known that we would have ordered something else.
The food is great however a lack of staff causes outrageous wait times. This location in particular is begging for new effective, customer friendly, attentive management. I speak from experience about the manager situation here. Lastly, Arby's corporate really needs to look into the disgusting conditions of the store, (bathrooms, floors, behind fryers, etc). Bought the fish strip basket and the fries were so overdone and saturated in OLD OIL my parrots would not eat them. Called to talk to the manager and get a voice recording. Someone really needs to step up and help this place or close it down
