Honestly depends on the day and who is working as to what kind of service you get and whether or not the food is good. I do know the ones that have been there a long time deserve better pay and more appreciation because we customers can tell when they are working and when they are off !

The food is great however a lack of staff causes outrageous wait times. This location in particular is begging for new effective, customer friendly, attentive management. I speak from experience about the manager situation here. Lastly, Arby's corporate really needs to look into the disgusting conditions of the store, (bathrooms, floors, behind fryers, etc). Given that it's one of the new state-of-the-art locations, cleanliness should not even be an issue as most of...
